I hate it when people say "sAUntimeter" for "centimeter". It's weird.

I also don't like patients being called customers or clients...it sounds like we are working in a department store.

I agree. I also thinks it takes away from their medical need(s) while placing them in a consumer category ($$$$). They become a consumer of billable services and not an ill person receiving treatment.
