Hello Ladies and Gents,

What is one’s opinion if you see a man wearing a Dansko shoes?

I’m thinking of trying it out since I have been wearing running/sneaker shoes for the past so and so years now?

I have learned that demonstrating the sexual security and confidence to wear and do things that are not considered traditionally masculine is the ultimate form of masculinity.

Agreed except for the man-bun thing. No, just no.?

I am guessing there might be some exceptions.

The same as a woman wearing them. I don't consider them feminine. They are practical.

My point exactly!

You just did it! ?✌️

No, the opinion of you isn't about what shoes you wear. It's about you even asking it. Where your priorities are. Why it would bother you if anybody DID judge you etc...

Nope! Not even muscles can outweigh the ick factor of that man-bun.?

Basically never have I noticed what a colleague is wearing on their feet. Who stares at shoes??

Ive seen plenty of men wear danskos. to me they are unisex. Ive seen a lot of male surgeons, male physicians etc wear them. If you just get black or born pretty unisex to me. Or if you want to be more vibrant, get some hot pink ones!

Everybody wears them in the OR because they have to stand for long periods and wash all sorts of gore from them so they work there just fine. However, I wouldn't find them comfortable for long periods of walking.

Personally I think they are ugly. Doesn’t matter whose wearing them. But then again I wear these old lady sketchers shoes to work. So.. whatever makes you comfortable.

My male RMA wears solid black Danskos. Wear them, they’re comfortable, and he’s only 66” tall so he appreciates the extra height. LOL. It doesn’t matter what anybody thinks, just know they’re comfortable and great for being on your feet all day. Be prepared, though, because it took me a good month to break in my first pair and get used to how they fit. They’re great!

If I see a man at work wearing Dasnskos I wouldn't think twice about it. They are a popular working shoe for a reason. Now if I saw a man, or for that matter a woman wearing Danskos on the beach with shorts and a tank top it might make me raise an eyebrow. I seriously don't think I've ever seen anybody wearing them with anything other than a uniform.

I honestly would either be checking them out (cute or not) and that's about it. I used to be a line cook so I'm very familiar with men in Danskos but honestly they look nothing like "female" shoes to me, but whatevs.
