I came across this is little story today, it's not breaking news. I suspect that a member of the housekeeping staff knows something about the bomb threat that required the sweep for weapons.

QuoteAccording to police in Secaucus, the bomb threat — which later was determined to be bogus — was called in to Hudson Regional Hospital on July 18. During a search, bomb detection dogs led investigators to an unlocked office closet containing dozens of firearms.
Among the weapons were 11 handguns and 27 rifles or shotguns, according to police. The closet also contained a .45 caliber semi-automatic rifle with a high-capacity magazine that was determined to be an assault rifle, and a 14-round high-capacity handgun magazine.
The arrested the guy the next day.
What the heck do you think this guy was doing? It sounds very ominous that he was keeping those weapons there.
Beerman said:He said he never spoke with Harris or Biden. As a crucial person in enforcing our laws, those who are trusted with administering our laws never so much as picked up the phone to speak with him. That's a partisan opinion to you?
Yes, you offered his opinion on that lack of contact. There are lots of opinions about the candidates available, this one seemed important to you.

"The romantic relationship between Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis (D) and a special prosecutor she appointed to oversee former President Trump's Georgia election interference case will face fresh scrutiny this week during two local government oversight hearings.
Rather than in a courtroom, where many romantic details of Willis's relationship with Nathan Wade spilled out into public view, their courtship will now be at the center of a state Senate committee hearing Wednesday and before a county ethics board Thursday. "
And another witness willing to testify. If so, more evidence the couple and now Fani's former co-worker may have perjured themselves.
"Another wrinkle surfaced Monday when David Shafer, the former Georgia Republican Party chair who is also charged in Trump's election case, proposed hearing testimony from a co-chief deputy district attorney in a neighboring county. Shafer's attorney claimed the witness would bolster claims that Willis's romance began before she hired Wade. Hours later, Cathy Latham, a retired teacher who is charged for her alleged involvement in an elections office breach in rural Georgia, proposed yet another witness she said could testify with similar information: Manny Arora.
Arora is an attorney who represents Kenneth Chesebro, who took a plea deal in the case over his involvement in crafting the "fake elector" strategy.
Both lawyers say they were informed of the timeline of the Willis-Wade romance by Terrence Bradley, Wade's ex-law partner and divorce attorney who was also under the microscope in McAfee's courtroom. "
Trump's legal team may well harm the DAs career with this attempt to derail the prosecution of his crimes.
None of that changes any of the evidence that Trump and Chesebro, et al, tried to overthrow the 2020 election results in Georgia. It's a real possibility that this current House of representatives might try to make some splash about all of that being included in the official duties of a president. House Republicans are dependable in their efforts to benefit Trump, if nothing else.

You've got to wonder how far down the government employee chain a person has to bend down to for the sake of speaking with the big guyin charge to make big policy changes. Yes, it would be nice if Biden could give a little salute to every government employee but then he couldn't be addressing what he's supposed to do.

We only know of the evidence presented by one side of the case, presented by a unethical prosecutorial team and what has been reported by the liberal media.
Now, due to their corruption it's ever more looking like there won't be a trial for quite some time, if at all.
As for their careers, after being disbarred I'm sure Fani Willis will have opportunities in that liberal media as her audition while on the witness stand was impressive to many on the left.

Is this for real?
There are likely thousands of people Biden has spoken to of less consequence regarding the issues of our country than the BP Chief.

We listened to the audio recording. We know that a grand jury found the evidence compelling enough to indict more than a dozen people. That's been reported by all media, whether or not Trump supporters call it liberal.
What corruption are you talking about? The ony thing that's been established by the defense teams efforts is that two consenting colleagues had a romantic relationship while building the legal case against the defendants. The defendants are trying to prove that the DA lied about the start and ending of the relationship and they are trying to make a case that there was conflict of interest or financial interests, but so far they have more speculation than they have credible evidence. Yes, delaying the trial is the objective.
It sounds like you believe that the DA is going to be disbarred. That's getting just a little bit ahead of the legal proceedings, isn't it? It seems like maybe you've been convinced of something without presentation of evidence. There's no question that Trump's defenses have always included personal attacks and character assassination. He campaigns on name calling, retribution and petty personal disputes. His efforts certainly work to convince some.

We don't have to wonder. Russia is engaged in spreading misinformation about Biden in right wing media and internet platforms. That information gets repeated in those right wing outlets. That growing right wing concern then, too often, gets reported by traditional media as they try to balance the mountains of actual evidence of Trump corruption and incompetence against misinformation about Biden.
It is Russian propaganda that drives the Hunter Biden laptop story, the Joe Biden corruption/ impeachment story and the growing refusal to assist Ukraine among Republicans.
This isn't really about Biden and what he is or isn't doing, it's really about confusing people to the point that they will vote for Trump.

Speaker Mike Johnson discourages heckling at State of the Union
After watching Bidens Philly TV + cable news appearances expect him to be able to handle hecklers like he did last year re not touching Medicare cuts.

The guy was on 60 Minutes saying he never spoke to Biden or even the Border Czar, Harris.
It's unclear what this has to do with Russian propaganda. And, it's doubtful 60 Minutes is trying to confuse people into voting for Trump.

Heckling has always been discouraged, but since Obama, some Republicans seem to have difficulty controlling themselves. I wonder if Boebert will heckle given that she's really fighting hard to maintain her job. Heckling may not play well in her apology campaign. MTG is trying to appear like a reasonable leader in the GOP, heckling may be a quick reminder of who she is at her core. It would be great if Johnson actually had that level of influence and the zealots decided to practice decorum.

I do not believe that Biden is expected to visit every civil servant. Do all of the other government employees feel slighted because Biden didn't visit them personally? The BP does not create policy; it's an enforcement agency. Yes, I would love for Biden to visit them and bring them all a piece of shortcake and make them feel special because they are! Perhaps you could speak with your senator to get this arranged. I would support that.
