I came across this is little story today, it's not breaking news. I suspect that a member of the housekeeping staff knows something about the bomb threat that required the sweep for weapons.
According to police in Secaucus, the bomb threat — which later was determined to be bogus — was called in to Hudson Regional Hospital on July 18. During a search, bomb detection dogs led investigators to an unlocked office closet containing dozens of firearms.
Among the weapons were 11 handguns and 27 rifles or shotguns, according to police. The closet also contained a .45 caliber semi-automatic rifle with a high-capacity magazine that was determined to be an assault rifle, and a 14-round high-capacity handgun magazine.
The arrested the guy the next day.
What the heck do you think this guy was doing? It sounds very ominous that he was keeping those weapons there.
Texas Republican Rep. Ronny Jackson, who formerly served as physician to the president for both Presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump, again called for Biden to take "a cognitive test."
"In yet another pathetic display of incompetence, Joe Biden not only thought my departed colleague was alive but he also had his puppet-master, Karine Jean-Pierre, deny he was confused," Jackson said in a statement.
"It doesn’t take a neurologist to realize he’s in serious cognitive decline. The American people know what’s going on here and they don’t think the Commander-in-Chief is capable of doing his job," he continued.
"It’s past time for White House staff and the liberal media to stop shielding him from questions about his mental acuity and demand he answer my call for a cognitive test," the Texas Republican added.

But it should be noted that while they don't disclose their sources, they have been linked to conservative funding by the Mercer Family Foundation, The Bradley Foundation and the Koch Brothers whom I guess reveal their donations.

It's apparently not difficult to convince people that there's no certainty as to whether or not humans are affecting global climate with our carbon emissions. Similarly, it's not difficult to convince many of those same people that the 2020 election MAY have been rigged or that wearing a mask during a pandemic is a loss of personal freedom. Critical thought and deductive reasoning isn't widely employed by those folks who prefer to be told what pov "conservatives" should have about important topics.
If people are unconvinced that humans are adversely affecting climate or severity of storms then it's easier to ignore mitigation. As we procrastinate to appease the poorly informed and manipulated, the mitigation becomes more urgent and more expensive.

A Baltimore anesthesiologist and her U.S. Army major spouse were federally indicted Wednesday in an alleged conspiracy to disclose health information to the Russian government to assist its war in Ukraine....Dr. Anna Gabrielian, 36, and Maj. Jamie Lee Henry, 39 and also a medical doctor, face eight counts, including conspiracy and wrongful disclosure of individually identifiable health information. The indictment was filed in U.S. District Court....
... Records at the Maryland Board of Physicians show Gabrielian’s and Henry’s primary practices are at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
The indictment, however, said at the time of the alleged conspiracy that Henry was a staff internist stationed at Fort Bragg, an Army installation in North Carolina and home of U.S. Army Special Operations Command where Henry had secret-level security clearance.
The indictment says the pair, who live in Rockville, sought to pass federally protected medical information to an undercover FBI agent who Gabrielian believed worked at the Russian Embassy about patients at Fort Bragg and others, as well as provide information about U.S. medical capabilities in war conditions....
