UC Davis New Grad Residency Fall 2020

Published

Is anyone planning on applying? Application period opens up April 29th. I am curious how it will work out with unit placement when so many programs in CA did not get to finish their preceptorships.

@simplyjen If you go onto their application website, type in the job ID:

7652

It should show up!! Hope that helps ?

simplyjen, did you already create an account? if so try going to the returning applicant then external/internal candidate depending on which one you are. I had the same issue of not finding the job posting but then realized I was searching under "UC Davis campus jobs" and not "UC Davis Helath Jobs". Hope that somehow helps

Thanks so much!! I made a silly error by selecting "UC Davis Campus" instead of "UC Davis Health" external applicant haha...

Does anyone know what units are hiring?

***Edited- it's on there under uc Davis health***

Address to Nurse Recruitment

I just submitted my application. To those still wanting to apply, type "UC Davis nurse residency program" into Google. Click on the site "nurse residency program - UCDavis human resource". It will open up the job info on their website. There's a link on there that will take you directly to the job. They put it there yesterday I think. Also, you might want to click on "Applying" on the left side of that page to see their resume and application requirements. They are very specific about how they want it done. Good luck everyone!

I heard there is the OR training program for new grad and the application is separated from the RN Residency program, which I applied. My question is are we allowed to apply this program as well? TIA

@MurseJojo. I think you can apply for both. It's a different department. But don't tell them you also applied for a different position so you don't lose any opportunity.
