i'm sorry i just had to vent. i've been literally working on this 27 page ( oh i wish i was exaggerating) careplan since 9 oclock this morning. this is my careplan for ob and its taking forever to get done. well i'm almost done so i can kind of see the light. i have two exams coming up, a presentation to work on, and another paper to write and its so hard to focus on those things when i'm stuck on a care plan. :banghead: well i'm almost done so i mine as well get off line and keep on truckin'. :typing. well thanks for letting me vent.

I'm finally DONE ! I just finished it and I'm about to start doing cartwheels. 27 page care plan took four days to complete between working,studying, and attending class. But now I'm done, done with careplans for this class !!

OMG! A 27-page care plan?!!:eek: The longest care plan I had to do was 2 pages, and that was frustrating enough! (I'm in LPN school.) I haven't even seen anything close to a 27-page care plan, even when I did clinicals in the hospitals. Was it for multiple nursing diagnoses?

I can't imagine doing a 27 page care plan. My actual care plan is a page long but the background information we have to include is another 6 pages.

Well I guess I should of clarified. Its for the mother/baby couplet. The careplan had to include demographic data, prenatal data, a medication chart, lab data for both mother and baby, assessments, and etc. I still think its alot though.
