QuoteThe abortion law builds on legislation passed in 2010 that represented a major shift for a traditionally Catholic country, transforming Spain into one of the most progressive countries in Europe on reproductive rights. Spain's constitutional court last week rejected a challenge by the right-wing Popular Party against allowing abortions in the first 14 weeks of pregnancy.
The debate will be heated in Spain, I imagine, as the conservative opposition pushes back. My daughter had horrible menstrual pain during her adolescence and young adulthood. I'm certain that she would have benefitted from that time.

Honestly, you are the member who brings up Trump's equivocation about white supremacists over and over again. We all know what he said. I'll reshare the exact transcript to remind everyone what you are defending so faithfully.
Speaking of false claims, are you still maintaining that the events of January 6th had nothing to do with Trump's desire to retain lost power and he had nothing to do with the mob assembling in DC and going to the Capitol building?
Beerman said:LOL...the only thing that has adjusted her thinking is that she needs PA voters.
The polls suggest it's not working. Trump's supposedly poor debate performance, his perceived "mental illness", corrupted judicial officers, and not even Taylor Swift seem to be helping your candidate.
The press seems to be subtlety turning on her. Perhaps sensing what I said before. Everyone knows she'll be terrible and the liberal cabal doesn't want to be stuck with her in 28 if she wins now. They think surviving 4 years of Trump, getting him out of the way and then starting anew will be better in the long run.
You got all that from one interview with Ruhle? That's impressive. I didn't see it, but I'll have to go back and watch it. Didn't Trump label Ruhle as a bimbo? But now she has revealed the true Harris?
In the meantime your boy is hawking watches on Truth Social and whining about making fries at Micky D's.

It's funny how you allocate delusion and deception on Trump and yet here you are claiming he said something he did not.
I have not claimed anything about Jan.6. Nice deflection
It's obvious that a favorite is the spin and omitt fallacy.
Beerman said:Because the statement about the Haitians was dumb to say. The Ukrainians have nothing to do with it.
Who do you think he would expel first...the Haitians or the Ukranians? The Ukranians have everything to do with Nurse22's statement. And Trump's vow of mass transporting when he doesn't even know who is here legally and under which government they qualify to be here. Before he spews out the vomit of ignorance, shouldn't he know that kind of stuff?
toomuchbaloney said:That's correct. You've decided to rely on data. Excellent. The data reflects that crossings were down during a pandemic and then rose dramatically when all of those waiting people responded to the end of the health emergency. Now, after thoughtful efforts to reduce the root causes of the migration, the numbers are dropping. If only we had sweeping immigration legislation to increase funding and modernization of our system at the same time.
The crossing were down when TRUMP WAS IN OFFICE. You missed that and suggest it was because of covid LOL.
Nice deflect
The data shows that Biden/Harris had the highest number of border crossings since 1990.
If only Biden and Harris didn't lie and claim that the border was secure for 3 years. If only Harris was successful in In addressing the "root cause of Central America immigration ".
If only Biden/Harris didn't reverse the policies Trump put in place that gave him the record low illegal crossings since 1990.
It's almost like there is no need to pass a "show" border bill.
It's almost like we are to be too stupid to believe Harris will do anything differnt than she did in the lasts 4 yrs.
But hey, crossing are down. LOL.

Quote"We're making clear that we stand with Ukraine now and in the future," Biden told reporters ahead of a bilateral meeting with Zelenskiy in the Oval Office. He said the U.S. would continue to help Ukraine strengthen its position on the battlefield, and that he had directed the Pentagon to allocate all remaining security funding by the end of his term in January.
QuoteThe bulk of the new aid, $5.5 billion, is to be allocated before Monday's end of the U.S. fiscal year, when the funding authority is set to expire. Another $2.4 billion is under the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative, which allows the administration to buy weapons for Ukraine from companies rather than pull them from U.S. stocks.
Biden is also expanding training of F-16 pilots and another Patriot air defense battery and more Patriot missiles.

I think his administration will determine who is here illegally and focus on them.
And, yes he should shouldn't spew out nonsense when he doesn't know what he's talking about.
I hope that clarifies things for you.
Or, maybe he'll "evolve" and let everyone stay.

QuoteCharacter is the ultimate measure of leadership for those who seek the highest office in our land....
I've thought deeply about my choice and considered what I've seen and heard and what I owe my three granddaughters. I've concluded that it isn't political slogans or cultural tribalism; it is the best president my vote might help select. So I have cast my vote for character, and that vote is for Vice President Kamala Harris.

I got it from those talking about the interview. The New York Times, for example:
"Since Ms. Harris began granting more interviews in recent days, her media strategy has been to sit with friendly inquisitors who are not inclined to ask terribly thorny questions or press her when her responses are evasive."
.......
"Ms. Harris responded to the fairly basic and predictable questions with roundabout responses that did not provide a substantive answer."

Ruhle may be a bimbo.
"And one could watch that and say, well, she didn't give a clear, direct answer. That's OK, because we are not talking about clear or direct issues."

Trump has deep and disqualifying character flaws.

Trump will more likely preside over a chaotic, poorly thought out and poorly executed plan that will harm very many people and our economy. That's his history.

In your view her thinking hasn't evolved. The evidence suggests that she has changed her mind. As I said, she's not an ideologue, she can adjust.
The polls suggest that she hasn't hit her ceiling yet while Trump probably hit his favorability ceiling weeks ago.
The press certainly is practiced at repeating every criticism that Team Trump might level at her. They'll never be able to make Trump look like a reasonable or patriotic choice in this election when he's the guy who lied about elections and tried to overturn the results of the last election he lost. No amount of rhetoric can normalize Trump's word salad and pathological lying. It is good for Trump that the press and his sychophants are so good at explaining his gibberish responses to questions.
Is it difficult to convince people that the guy who couldn't muster up any leadership skills during a national emergency should get another shot at that job? Did you know that hundreds of thousands of Americans might have survived Covid had Trump not completely mismanaged that crisis? Can we convince their families that Trump should get a second chance?
