Things you would love to say to your fellow nursing students!

Published

Along the lines of the first thread, "Things you would love to say to your nursing instructors" I thought this would be a great thread to start. I've since graduated LVN but there was one main thing I wanted to say to some students in my class.

Will you people in the back row please stop talking! I swear that today I can still hear their motormouths running! :chuckle

When I am in the RN bridge I will come back and post some more. I'm sure some of you have something to get off your chest. Come on and unload here! :)

funny thing......i just finished my 1st quarter of ns & all of these things already ring soooo true!!!! lol!!!

:offtopic:stop posting irrelevant posts that have nothing to do with class material - you are not funny. you are annoying and inappropriate. if you want to address an issue, send an email!!

1. Are you seriously going to sit there and ask the professor if a patient came come back to life after being embalmed......SERIOUSLY?!?!quote]

:yeah:LMAO- sure it was scary to hear from a classmate, but pretty frickin funny

I can definitely relate on #1 and #3...THis is the number 1 thing I hate about nursing school..Its made up of 98% women who are soo catty and jealous..ITs so sad that MOST women are like this, even so called older mature women..What a sad world we live in!!

Yes,I also can not believe that middle age women with almost grown children, husband and house plus cottage weekend house act so catty,phony...makes me think you know what kind of role model are you for your children,I know my mom wasnt acting like or does not act like this and I dont image myself acting that way.

The only thing that comes to mind is the jealousy and lack security...

Specializes in Critical Care, Surgical ICU.

I would tell them the following.

1. Be quiet and listen, you just might learn something.

2. Why are you telling a nurse of 25 years how to do her job when this is only your second semester of school?

3. Stop the drama and lets have a great time.

Thank you for taking the words out of my mouth. Everytime I am about to get a real answer out of my instructor one of the students has to but in with their two cents.

Specializes in SNU/SNF/MedSurg, SPCU Ortho/Neuro/Spine.

i would love to say... Oh my dear friend, you know so much already, isn't that awesome, why dont you just ask the boards to take the test now?

I get it! You know some things. You should, since you are taking this semester for the second time. Now please stop going out of your way to let us know how much you know. You are driving us crazy.

yes yes yes!!!!!!!!!!! and don't make that a mass email that you send to everyone in the flipping class except for the professors you are angry with! what is this, 7th grade?! most of us find you silly, annoying, and making us all look like horrible students thereby threatening our good standing with the profs and clinical instructors. we will rat you out to save our own skin. if you want to act like jr. highers, i can do that, but you won't like it.

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

To the girl who sat behind me in my Microbiology class..."Shut your yapper.":angryfire

-to the guy who made the comment "How come all the retarded people do so good in the class, and all the smart ones are doing bad...Guess what it turned out you are the retard because you failed Hesi, twice!!!!!!

Hahah.....:)

Doesn't this make him the smart one per your post states smart= doing bad and retarded= doing good.

I guess because you are doing well this makes you the retarded one? In more ways than 1 in my opinion

(btw retarded... so politically incorrect might I add.) I know were just venting but I had to add.
