Yes and some people can move to a state that better suits their healthcare needs like abortion. Just like a person doesn't have to disclose their health care status and find a new job.

I wonder about a health professional who isn't pretty clear about what is and isn't PHI. I'm suspicious of a nurse who would say that losing your job for refusing to comply with employer requirements is the same as having to leave your state to obtain needed health care because of other people's feelings and beliefs; and then pretends that they didn't.

I'm not sure why, Trump just got shot in the ear and is currently avoiding large outdoor venues away from the airport. Even after he was shot he kept standing up and putting his head out for target practice in spite of the efforts of his SS detail. I did not claim or suggest there wasn't or there not is a medical indication for the proceedure. I asked for a condition specifically.
What would be a medical consideration that requires "killing the fetus" in the uterus before delivery to save a woman's heath or life?
