Tell me your GPA. Just wanna compare

I was wondering what the GPA of the average student applying to an accelerated program is. Mine is 3.6. Is this good? Do you think I am in a good position for being accepted? Do you guys thinks being a male helps in getting accepted? I was just wondering as there are so few male nurses out there. Just looking to see what my chances are. By the way, I am applying to NYU's accelerated program, so if there are any guys out there who are doing the same or have gone through their program I would really like to hear from you...

Thanks everyone!:nuke:

gpa is currently a 3.4. i am in my first year of nursing and it looks like im getting a C... this is might pull my gpa down below a 3.0

Nursing BSN 4.0

any good advices or tips on how to study for nursing course?

I have around a 3.3 gpa after around 100 credit hours. I don't start the 2 year ADN program until January and it only consists of about 35 credit hours so I'm not too worried about it dropping much more.

1.7 will get you into med school if you know the right people.

3.0 got a few C's in bio, precalc, chem 1 and bombed my trig final back when i was a bio major, probably going to stay around 3.0 when i apply to nursing school for the fall

3.55 for right now

I have 3.98 GPA

3.67 I thought that was alright then I saw other people who had like a 1.5 and I didn't feel bad hahaha:yeah:

I'm not in nursing school yet. My overall GPA based on 110 credits/hours/units is a 3.94 GPA with all pre-requisite, a 4.0 GPA. I go to a private university thats why I have to work hard. I don't want my money to go down the drain.

3.60 cumulative right now (still working on pre-reqs), hopefully 3.64 by the end of this semester (when I finish my pre-reqs). Kudos to everyone with the super high GPAs! I didn't really know how to study at all my first two years of college. :icon_roll

Amazed at the amount of people whose GPA dropped in nursing school. I like to get good grades, but I may have to recaqlibrate my 'doing well' meter. Just want to learn and put to practical use the knew knowledge.

Good luck to all
