I'm applying to the fall nursing program in January. I'm super excited but I still have some unanswered questions. I tried calling the Nursing Dept at the South Campus and left a message but have not heard a response.
I'm trying to find out what teas version they are testing with in the spring for fall entry. I have read tons of threads from TCC for the past few semesters and it is nice to start a new one for nursing hopefuls like me.
I'm taking Micro in the fall and getting a math class knocked out for BSN. Anyway, hope to get some responses.
I was hoping to get the parking pass done tomorrow too but I can't because I'm not able to register yet. I hope they comment about the IDs tomorrow and whether or not they are new for nursing students.
I'm going for comfort. Nice jeans, nice shirt, and a cardigan if I get cold. I also work in slacks everyday but would like comfort tomorrow! I'm also bringing my binder that has my CIDs in them along with scratch paper.
Don't forget to bring your receipt for the skills pack of supplies (the $100 one)!!!!
Just got everything organized for tomorrow. Playing it safe and bringing all 3 CID's in a binder, Nurse Pack receipt, a small spiral notebook for notes, pens & a pencil, my class schedule and receipt of payment to get a new parking pass (since the yellow ones expire at the end of this month) and hopefully a parking pass for the TRE lot.... I think that's it. And I'm hoping they have the student ID stuff figured out so I can take care of that tomorrow as well.
Hey everyone, try getting your parking passes from bus services. They are usually more easy going than the police. I just don't know if they have them for the newcampus.
lmd (or anyone else that sees this), come over and say Hi! We: studentcl, Loly, ab and myself are on the second and third rows on the far left side of the room (away from the entrance).
So great to meet all you ladies (and Joe!) today. That was brutal...they definitely put the fear in us eh? But its going to be am amazing experience and happy to share it with you people. Best wishes to you all in "your journey" and hope we can remain in touch throughout.
Now, for some R&R - Day 1 will be here before we know it.
It was very nice meeting everyone. It was nice walking in knowing that we all struggled through this together. I can't wait till we all get to the end. :)
