I graduated on May 12th and it's been a LONG wait for the state to finally issue authorization to test with Pearson. July 7th at 8 AM is the big day.
Our nursing program gave each graduating nurse a scholarship "gift" of the Kaplan 4-day NCLEX prep. I've been doing practice Q-Bank questions nearly every day. So far, I'm doing pretty well on the trainers & Q-Banks. I simply cannot wait to get this over & done with. I have a job lined up and I cannot start until I pass the NCLEX, per their policy.
Anyone else taking their exam next week?
Hey everyone!!!! I take my exam in couple of days and been studying and remediating. Do you guys have any advice for me. The closer I get the little anxious I get. I'm ready to get it over with.... So what do you guys advice since majority of you already passed. This the only forum I find so uplifting and helpful.
I wanted to make sure to come back here and update.. It's official!!! I'm an RN!!! I found out yesterday.. This thread was so uplifting, and just amazing to "go through" NCLEX with others!!!god bless you all and congrats to US!!!
YAY!!!! So far, *all* of us have made it through. Isn't that wonderful? Congrats on OFFICIALLY becoming an RN!
Hi congrats RNs! :) I took my NCLEX on July 7th too and passed! Do you guys get the license numbers yet? Do you know how long we have to wait to see our license number posted online?
Congrats on passing...YAY! It depends on your state BON for getting the license # updated. 3 of my classmates said their license #s showed up 2 days after passing NCLEX. However, the majority seemed to take one week. I'm still waiting for mine to show up on the BON website. Tuesday, it will be one week since I took the exam and Thursday will be one week since the official results were available. We'll see what happens.

Do at least 75 questions per day and remediate all the rationales, even if you got the answer correct. Take the day off before the exam! Give your brain a chance to rest and digest all the info you've been studying. Most of all, trust yourself. You graduated from nursing school, you've studied, you've practiced countless questions. You *CAN* do it!!!!
Thank you... I have 3 more days until I take my test. So that means, I have I one full day to practice and 1 day to rest before test day. Thank you!!! Congrats to all you guys, Can't wait to be next to post that I passed. Since the last week, I have been glued to my part time studying and preparing so can't wait to finally get some sun light!
Have you guys all received the application for license in your states to fill out and mail back in? Here, in IL I receive application and had to send it back along with $50, so I assume results would not be posted until this paperwork is processed.
It would be so interesting to get to know.
