Thank you willow7.... this still feels unreal. I keep going to Bon to look up my new baby lol... my license! This has been an amazing journey you ladies are so uplifting and encouraging! I'm praying for everyone success and life long happiness! Yesterday at work, I work in a paramacy corporate office, my friends had balloons and a cake on my desk. They changed my name tag and put nurse in front of my name and added my new title, RN. All over! It's a blessing because I worked so hard to get here and make my mommy and family happy and my in-laws which I love so much. They also stood beside me. My general manager is so excited for me, She's like a proud mother right now because She's pushed me this whole way and her son just got accepted to pharmacy school so there's so many good things going on here. Last night, was the first night I went to bed worry and stressfree and I actually was able to finally finish off what I was suppose to do for my pastor. And now he's excited because I've passed the Nclex and can devote my time to being his assistant 100%. And guys I can't leave out my handsome son that I can finally be the mother i want to be without always having to study. My world is very much rounded but I can finally step back and Exhale ... I beat the odds because people always say you can't work full time, be a full time mommy and go to school full time lol and I graduated valedictorian #1 in my class. So serious, nursing is my first love so I just loved studying and doing homework so it was easy for me in nursing school. Classes that people barely could pass was so easy for me. Without God it would of been impossible. So ladies and gents no matter where you are in life do not forget where you came from. and remember in our field the golden rule to do to others like you would want it to be done to you!!!!! Tehehehe.... Congrats to the new elite team!!!! Muah I'm so excited.... Last but not least I can finally start preparing my Graduate school application since I am registered....

Hey y'all!!! Good morning.... so excited I can finally update my resume with my license number.... Yes they posted my license today with all my information. Oh.... I'm giving Thanks to the man above he just to good to me.... ***singing *** Oh give Thanks unto the lord for he is good.... Yes he is good!!!! BTW Congratulations to everyone else who just passed. Sorry if I've been posting once a day lol I'm still celebrating!!!!!!! Popping bottles lol

Me too especially for the SATA! I took the live online class and our teacher told us whenever you get a SATA number 1 thru 5 or 6 and check off all the ones that applies to the answer and eliminate all the ones that do not apply and that helped me a lot. Thank you Kaplan!

I agree!! When I saw the layout I felt more at ease. I used Kaplan and used UWorld last week to look over a few things. Thank you Jesus, on Monday I reviewed OB. I had a few OB. After the test, I had to take a nap because it is still surreal to me.

After the exam, I was just numb and I even asked the proctor lady what time is it like am I really finished. Hmmmm... crossing fingers!!! Can't wait to tell everyone I passed. And the exam was really similar to Kaplan and UWorld layout and all. And I feel as if both sites were a huge help calming my nervous.

Lol yes hunnny!!!!!!! I prayed before my test and even gave pointers to another test taker who was testing for the 2nd time but I was confident and it I was not sweating it because I did my best... Now I am going to catch up and lost sleep and clean up my house until Friday which seems so far away and I go back to work on Friday. I've been out of work since last week Wednesday so I guess I'll make the best out of the next 2 dreadful days!

Hey everyone!!! So, I took the NCLEX this morning and the computer shut off on me 75... I had 25 sata, 3 to 5 exhibit questions, 1 math question and tons of priority who would you see first type of question and medication questions with only the generic names. I am numb and was in disbelief when it shut off on me. I was like wait hold on, what is going on. I have mixed feelings. The day before I relaxed and slept in and had an emotional break down. Thank God my man put up with me and tried to ease my frustration with dinner and a movie. And slept for a little while and kept waking up every 15 mins because I did not want to over sleep since I went to bed so late because of my emotional break down. So guys it is finally over but now I am anxious to know did I pass.... I'm still thinking to myself 75 questions huh wait? And I do not want to do the PVT... I'm willing to wait for my actual results... I really do not have the time for the false hope...

You got it!!! Walk in there knowing that this time is it! Pray before the test or write a little prayer before you start and keep saying it to yourself. Stay confident! It's yours...

Lol I can not wait to finally get this all behind me. I was the nursing student who was always #1 in my class... So that means I barely slept during nursing school so to finally see what I can finally put this all behind me is unbelievable until next year because I plan to attend grad school next year but I can not wait. Tomorrow I do not know what to do with myself because I low key want to do last minute studying, but like my mother said I need to get some rest and enjoy the sun.
