Wow. No one has started such a thread yet?
After promising that most K-8 students would be in schools in the first 100 days, apparently Joe is afraid to lead on this and has drastically scaled back that goal.
Instead, we're shooting for about half to go to school at least one day a week, by the end of April.
From your same article:
QuoteA June 11-17 national opinion poll shows Biden is still more popular than his Republican predecessor Donald Trump ever was: 55% of adults approve of Biden's performance in office and 65% like his response to the coronavirus pandemic. At this point four years ago, about 36% of adults approved of Trump's job performance
9 hours ago, Beerman said:"U.S. President Joe Biden has seen an erosion in support since April, mainly from fellow Democrats, as his administration wrestles with Congress to make good on campaign promises and more Americans worry about an uneven economic recovery, Reuters/Ipsos polling shows."
Did you read your article? If you read your article you'll notice that in total, things look pretty good considering the problems he inherited from the guy who never cracked 50% approval during his entire term.
My guess is most politicians could only dream of "erosion in support... mainly from fellow Democrats" that looks like the quote below, from the same article.
QuoteAmong Democrats, 78% said they approved of Biden's economic agenda, down 7 points from April, while the number of Democrats who disapproved of his economic plan rose 6 points to 15%.
We all suspect that the immigration processes have been damaged by Trump's efforts, but Biden needs to make certain that the US Department of State and Military don't break promises again...as they have been known to do.
Biden's approval rating is indeed taking a hit. His stride earlier in the year has kind of ground down and this is leaving Democrats anxious about the agenda and Biden's ability to get things done.
He is dealing with a tough as nails congress that shows very little interest in compromise or bipartisanship and I mean both Democrats and Republicans there.
Congress's approval rating which has always been close to zero still hasn't improved much.
Certainly I am not buying into any idea that Democrats have remorse in electing him, or are embarrassed by him. Democrats just want things done, particularly before the 2022 campaign season.

Please take notice I made no deflection to Trump. LOL

Nay. I mean no.
The President Trump thread lasted from the day of election through March of this year on the AN Breakroom and I would expect, and hope, this thread will continue on as long as Biden is President.

You are right...LOL...I was obviously in a mood!
Biden delivered a passionate plea to protect our republic from lies and anti democratic efforts. It's only about 35 minutes long and worth a listen. IMV

What do you say about discussing Trump's over ten current investigations in various states re the election and his business practices? From fraud to embezzlement to rape etc. Not forgetting the other involvements he's been implicated in from Steve Bannon, Paul Mannafort, to Guilliaini to Roger Stone and Flynn etc. Don't think for a second those guys are off the hook even with pardons. Then his involvement with his children's legal troubles and Kushner.
It's like he's the dumbest sadist in the history of the world! It's his eagerness for publicity that's gotten him into hot water and instead of keeping his head down, he's pushing even more buttons and involving more people. They are going to turn on him biggly!

President Biden delivered this voting rights speech at a fitting location: National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, PA. I pass by the location frequently but yet to visit due to COVID -planning September visit.
President Biden Called Out The "Big Lie" That Election Was Stolen
Quote"The big lie is just that, a big lie," he says. The president also stresses the importance of accepting the election results, saying, "You don't call it fake just because you're unhappy."

Liberals don't worship Biden. You apparently mistake lack of worship for "embarrassed".
