Wow. No one has started such a thread yet?
After promising that most K-8 students would be in schools in the first 100 days, apparently Joe is afraid to lead on this and has drastically scaled back that goal.
Instead, we're shooting for about half to go to school at least one day a week, by the end of April.

No because he claimed fraud without knowing what he was talking about and without proof. All his lawsuits were thrown out of court, places where recounts were checked, which to me might have been reasonable an extremely close votes, still ended up not in his favor.
I'm all for checking signatures in a recall or any kind of system that requires public signatures to bring something to a vote, such as we did here with getting medical marijuana on the ballot. It makes sense.
Also, I'm all for double checking very close election results, such as what we did here in 2000 when Gore lost Florida and what I think we did during a governor's race where the loss was in the thousands.
It would not be reasonable without any proof to do a recount in California or places where the results weren't even close.

And not only that they are writing a new bill to doxx all the people who signed the recall petition and while it is still pending "allowing" people to remove their names from the petition. (Obviously trying to get back under the number needed).
The requirements for confirming signatures is the same whether it's a recall petition or a Presidential election.
Fact check: How are recall Gavin Newsom signatures verified? | The Sacramento Bee (sacbee.com)
And the proposed bill to make petition signers public, which is unlikely to get anywhere, wouldn't affect the current recall petition.

Either way by using your theory Newsom wouldnt need a recount either. Totally Dem run!
There's been no recount of the recall petitions.

No I'm not purposely spinning your words. If I've made some sort of misinterpretation of what you are saying please enlighten me.
You're second sentence really doesn't make any sense. Is Newsome asking for a recount of the signatures or is he asking that the signatures are valid signatures from real persons? I thought it was the latter.
But my opinion (theory???) is that he doesn't need to recount the signatures, it's already been verified that the proper legal number of signatures are there.
BTW, if you think "totally Dem run" is insulting to me, it's not. I'm quite happy to make a totally Dem run any day. It's who I am. Thanks.

So says Dear Leader, Trump and Trump supporters/worshipers, but none of that is reality. People don't wish to risk not having a scientifically based vaccine and their lives to make a dictator look bad. Trump looks bad, because he is bad, on his own!

Trump asked for a recount to commit fraud, not to prevent it.
He asked the Georgia Secretary of State to perform a recount, but to count fewer Democrat votes this time, which is why he's currently the subject of a Georgia criminal investigation.

It doesn't make sense to me. "There are cockroaches in your house!". "You weren't concerned about cockroaches in your house!"
But ants aren't cockroaches and I'm not the one who had any problem identifying the bugs in the first place. I don't take suggestions on identifying lies from people who have been unable to correctly identify lies for years. This isn't about whether there's bugs in my house, it's about trusting the judgment of someone who couldn't find a bug until now.

Was there a recount or double check requested and denied in California? Is it wrong to double check signatures on recall petitions as a matter of procedure, in your opinion? No, I don't see any hypocrisy, you'll have to explain further.
The comment about doxxing is not specific enough for response.

Thanks for explaining even if that's not how I see it. I do find it annoying when someone is concerned about Biden's lies that didn't give a hoot about Trump lying. However, rather than endlessly blow them off, I'm going to take a look at whether or not Biden is lying.
Because by the same token, can you trust someone's judgement that was so vocal about Trump's lies and then is silent about Biden's? Yes, I know you can't compare the two it's like comparing a cockroach to a tiny ant, but a lie is a lie.
I'll drop it now. I appreciate you.

America has a car and highway addiction, as well as airplane . I'm guilty. I've never considered a train when I've wanted to travel in the USA somewhere. My ex even took a plain from Tampa to Fort Lauderdale once.
I love to travel by train.
