Wow.  No one has started such a thread yet?

After promising that most K-8 students would be in schools in the first 100 days,  apparently Joe is afraid to lead on this and has drastically scaled back that goal.

Instead, we're shooting for about half to go to school at least one day a week,  by the end of April.

This is their 2021 "but her emails......".   They can't let go.

He's too well suited to the role, I think even he reflexively assumes anything slimy about him is true, even before knowing the specific claims.

The nursing home claims stuck, even though it was the same triaging practice used in other states, and even Fauci said the DOH protocols were appropriate, and it was the DOH not Cuomo who issued the guidance on the existing discharge rules.  It worked so well that he was accused of falsifying New York's Covid mortality data, even though it's the standard practice to track Covid hospital deaths as deaths from Covid that occur in a hospital, and Covid nursing home deaths as deaths that occur in a nursing home.  Had NY counted deaths of hospitalized nursing home patients as both hospital and nursing home deaths, which would have been double counting Covid deaths resulting in a falsified mortality rate, I can imagine the uproar.

Why has Cuomo lied, and presented inconsistent explanations?  He even said at one time that there was never a need for covid positive patients to go to nursing homes.   He claimed they never ran out of hospital beds.

Have you ever been in charge? Can you be everywhere doing everyone's jobs? He delegated, was given reports likely, had to finesse the information to give hope and make do with what he had available. Trump never had any vaccines or plan or anyone responsible except useless Kushner as we all found out after the election! People were on their own and 500k deaths later, now we have some political opportunists.

So lies and the perception of lies matter now...suddenly? That's funny because lying was not really an issue when Trump was the one lying. All those lies but nary a peep from lie sensitive patriots...what a mystery. But now, miraculously Cuomo must be crucified because Trump supporters are certain that he lied. Holy hell.

Life is inconsistent.  Do you think everyone knew everything instantly as the towers fell in NYC?  Do you think that everyone was getting good information.  How old are you?  12?

In fact, we know that the states weren't getting good information even from the federal government because the Trump baseline for national COVID response was dishonesty. Bad information was the strategy.

Trump never had vaccines, or a plan? Where did they come from?  Haha.  Even Dr Fauci debunked that ridiculous claim that there was no plan.

Cuomo as recently as a few months ago said that his nursing home order didn't matter because covid positive patients never went to nursing homes.  There never was a need for them to, because he did such an outstsnding job and so they never ran out of hospital beds, he claimed.  According to him, all of the covid brought into nursing homes was by employees and visitors.

Please, try to convince me this wasnt a flat out lie.

Can you outline the clear and consistent information provided to state health experts by the Trump administration relative to testing of SNF or AL staff and resident populations?
