Wow.  No one has started such a thread yet?

After promising that most K-8 students would be in schools in the first 100 days,  apparently Joe is afraid to lead on this and has drastically scaled back that goal.

Instead, we're shooting for about half to go to school at least one day a week,  by the end of April.

I haven't but what I have noticed is that the more offensive we perceive them to be the happier they seem to be.  Especially those in social media.  There are a few conservative social media influences here in Florida with many followers that have admitted they deliberately try to be offensive and controversial.

What a spectacularly poor analogy ? 

 People who choose to embrace illiberalism, authoritarianism and lawlessness but don’t want to be criticized for that choice, have nothing in common with the atrocities committed against Jewish people during WW2. 

Budding fascists should be called out. And honestly, it makes them sound rather special snowflakey when they try to compare their situation to that of the Jewish people.

I thought that American Presidents often make political speeches with an American flag in close vicinity?

I’m a bit surprised that you even find that worth commenting on, not to mention that you find it ”disgusting”… After all…. it would have looked a bit strange if he had made his speech ”surrounded by” the Brazilian and Croatian flags… ?? ??

We have a person like that here on  this thread.  Tries so hard to be offensive and always alludes to Jews with bizarre comparisons.  Painful to read.

We're to stick to the topic and a not talk about individual posters, but I had to take a break for a while because of this.  I will do my best to not engage with posts that insult my soul.  Not worth a tiny blip on my emotional radar.
