Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?

Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??

Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

Isn't it funny that even though we know we are "supposed" to pass and do well because of how well we did in school and predictor tests, we feel like someone beat us up when we walk out?! I agree about the questions, where do they come from? I had 19 SATA, which I am terrible at, lots of pedi, tons of meds, one calc, psych, OB, endocrine, priority, and infection control. I really feel for you having to wait for your results. Hang in there and here's to hoping the PVT is true!!

oh..my...god NINETEEN SATA?!?!?!?! now THAT sucks!!!! geesh! and I thought I got hit hard with seven!! LOL I didn't get ANY OB at all... so weird how it works...

I am getting the good pop up, but I can't wait until I can check with the Quick Results.

To anyone that has used the quick results, I know they say two business days, so basically 48 hours, but if I took the test today (Thursday at 2pm) will I have to wait for a full 48 hours or will the quick results be available first thing Saturday?

Oh, I hope that this trick is 100% correct!!

Like I stated before the trick wrked for meeh I found out I passed yesterday !!

All 17 of my classmates tried this && it wrked for everybody I was the last to test .. if u get the good pop up just relax and wait for the big white envelope . If u went to CC pg sorry but start studyin I used learningext.com !! This trick is 100000000000 % true :-)

I tested Wednesday and was sure I failed. I even cried in my car all the way home...

I saw the "trick" thread about an hour after I got home, tried it, and got the god pop up- It was the only thing that gave me a small glimmer of hope! This morning, I got my quick results and found out that I passed.:heartbeat:nurse::D So, the trick worked for meeeeeeee!:yeah::up:

I took the test 1/13/10 and got the good pop up and have checked every day since. I will let you know if the trick works for me. I was sure I failed that test. I had so many SATA questions, and I am terrible at them. It stopped at 75, but honestly I was only sure of a couple of answers. I precepted in OB, but only had 1 OB question. I could have cried on the way home, but my friend told me about the trick and it is the only thing giving me hope.

I would feel better about the "trick" if the people who didn't pass validated it. you know? I'm still waiting to find out...

I have seen several on this thread who reported getting the payment screen ....and later failing :crying2: There are even some people who took NCLEX multiple times....and they reported getting the payment screen for their failure(s), and the pop up screen when they eventually passed. There are a lot of posts on this thread, but I was so preoccupied that I read almost all of them while I waited for my own results. I was SURE that I was going to be the ONE who got the pop up AND FAILED.

anyone testing from SC? do you know how long it takes, if you pass, for your name to show up on under the licensee look up?

Go back to the very first post of this thread. The poster got the cc page and was waiting for confirmation that they indeed failed. If you read through the hundreds of pages here you will find several who got the cc page and indeed failed. With over thousands of responses it's safe to say that the trick does work. Good Luck to all.

The trick does work. I had all the successfully delivered.Went all the way through to the cc screen and paid. I knew I failed because I did not study. I just walked in cold. I had to address my test anxiety fears. I am over it and ready to knock this exam out after graduating nearly 6 years ago. I owe myself that and all those people who I drove crazy through my process especially my significant other. :uhoh3:

JBRN2B,

I took it on 1/12/09 in California and stopped at 75 too. I was the first one done at 2hrs into it. I felt awful walking out of there!

I cried, ran into the curb on the way home, lost my cell phone, had a massive anxiety attack, the whole 9 yards...During the exam, I felt like maybe 5 questions I answered with confidence and the rest were total guesses. I tried the trick and got the pop up, It has REALLY relieved my fears for now, like you said gives some hope! But I feel like there is NO WAY I passed. So we'll see and if I did pass I will update it here and it will be a miracle.
