Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?

Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??

Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

What does you all's pop-up says. Mine just says "The candidate currentyl has test results on hold, a new registration can not be completed at this time". Thanks.

From the very first post on this topic:

You have to wait a couple of hours, or wait until the next day to try the trick again. It doesn't mean that you passed or failed.

Sat down to take my test today at 1:10pm. Computer shut off at 75, jut got the good pop up! :lol2:

Specializes in hopefully LPN I tested jan 14.

Has anyone read a posting of any person getting the "good" pop up and then finding out that they did not pass? Are quick "unofficial results" accurate?

the trick worked for me twice.. my first attempt on the NCLEX was last year, sept28.. I really didn't know that this trick ever existed.. a friend from work told me about this and she said it worked for her.. at first, i was hesitant to check.. it took me a week to find courage to finally try the trick myself. And sadly, i failed.. stopped at 99th question.. it was really devastating but family and friends have been really supportive.. so, i re-applied and took the exam again last dec24 along with my sister. we were that crazy to take the exam a day before Christmas.. well, we thought of taking the exam before Christmas so we can enjoy the holidays fully.. but nah, i was still stressed out.. soo!!! since according to my friends who used the trick, i should wait 3-5 days after the exam to check. on the 5th day after the exam, i was crying on the phone with my cousin, i was just too stressed out and all i can do is burst into tears. i told my cousin that i will gather all courage i could get, and we'll see tomorrow if i can do check my results.. sooo!! the next morning, it was a nice and sunny..went to the CR to pee and went straight to the computer.. and POOFF!! the trick just told me I passed! oh what a relief for me.. but not for my sister coz, the trick tells us that she didn't make it on her first attempt..tried the trick 3 times and it consistently gives us the same answer for the both of us(my sister) of course.. and just last week, i got my letter, saying i PASSED!

I told myself, if I pass this exam the 2nd time, i'd testify that the trick really works.. i don't know anyone i know who tried that trick who would say it didn't work.. and in my case, it worked TWICE! Goodluck guys!

I took NCLEX-RN in CA today at 1pm and came home and tried the "trick".. so far I have held my breath while trying to register again about 15 times and I just keep getting the "good pop-up"... I am desperately hoping you guys are right!

I left the exam feeling like I just got hit in the head with a baseball bat... where in the world do they get some of those questions?!?!?!?! I got SEVEN SATA... THREE listening, no math, and lots of prioritization... funny thing is that I took NCLEX-PN last year and still felt like I was unsure how I did but NOTHING like this!!!! Is it just me? I went to a top notch college with a pass rate of 98%... my GPA was 3.77 but I left this exam feeling like there is no way in hell I passed.

I pray to God you guys are right about this!!!!!!!!

One more thing... CA sucks with the waiting!!! my LVN license wait was 2 months in 2008!!!! I am hoping my RN wait won't be as long and someday, by God, I am gonna be on that Board of Nursing and change the rules! :p:p:p

Isn't it funny that even though we know we are supposed to pass and do well because of how well we did in school and predictor tests, we feel like someone beat us up when we walk out?! I agree about the questions, where do they come from? I had 19 SATA, which I am terrible at, lots of pedi, tons of meds, one calc, psych, OB, endocrine, priority, and infection control. I really feel for you having to wait for your results. Hang in there and here's to hoping the PVT is true!!
