Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?

Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??

Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

Steps To See If You Passed The NCLEX On Pearson VUE Website

STEP 1 This is a test. Go To NCLEX Examinations :: Pearson VUE.

STEP 2 Select The 'test Taker Services' Tab At The Top.

STEP 3 Click 'register' On The Right Side.

STEP 4 Click The 'credit Card' Link.

STEP 5 Click The 'sign In' Link In The Second Sentence.

STEP 6 Enter Your Username.

STEP 7 Enter Your Password.

STEP 8 Click The Button.

STEP 9 Click 'register' On The Left Side.

STEP 10 Select Your Test Type.

STEP 11 Click The Button.

STEP 12 Select Your Country.

STEP 13 Click The Button.

STEP 14 Answer The Yes/no Questions.

STEP 1 Select Your Country Again.

STEP 15 Select Your State.

STEP 16 Type In Your City.

STEP 17 Click The Button. A List Of Schools Should Appear.

STEP 18 Select Your School.

STEP 19 Select The Month And Year Of Your Graduation.

STEP 20 Select Your Board Of Nursing.

STEP 21 Click The Button.

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

PASSED!! :yeah:

Took exam Jan 13, got the PVT pop up when i got home, and got the awesome news this morning (Jan 15, two days later).

Was really worried I'd be the ONE exception to the Pearson Vue trick, but I'm sooo glad to add to it's ZERO percent failure rate! :p (scouring through forums and blogs all over the interwebz, i had yet to find even ONE exception to the PVT, so odds are pretty much 100% that you passed if you got the pop up...so far it's infallible!)

::Still can't believe I actually passed this thing::

[Advanced] congratulations to everyone else who's counting on the PVT to work for them...u should be 99.999999999% sure that you passed (don't let the possible/hypothetical .000000001% worry you too much! :p)

CONGRATS & G'LUCK TO ALL -- nursing students, nurses, and those waiting those dreadful days, hours, weeks for their results! We all deserve a pat on the back.

Special shout out to my husbandseRNdpt who just passed and is now officially a Registered Nurse.

We tried the PVT at attempt one and it went straight to the payment/cc page. Attempt two: "good pop up" and this morning the results were in: PASS.

I test on the 25th and have logged on everyday to see if there are any other times available and today there is a posting that says the Pearson Vue website will be under construction this weekend. I'm freaking out that maybe they are going to 'fix' this PVT so it no longer works! Am I crazy for thinking this? I am counting on coming home after my NCLEX and trying this!!!

sdOU2009 - I've logged on to Pearson Vue before many times when I was taking the nclex (attempt #1 & attempt #2) and I've seen them do maintenance before. It hasn't changed yet...so let's hope!

Maybe someone who has taken it today will post and let us know...good luck!

i am in california and took the nclex-pn on 12/23/2009. i took it 2 days before christmas in hopes that i would get a good present from santa. i didn't study and did just a quick review on lab values and used kaplan test taking strategies.

i did the pvt and got the good pop up message, have been calling the california bvnpt since day 1 to find out when my restults will be mailed, and have been keeping up with the thread to keep that last glimmer of hope that the pvt works and that i indeed passed.

so......i got my results in the mail yesterday. the letter was dated 01/13/2010. it was a big envelope. i am happy to say that i passed the nclex-pn! the pearsonvue trick really does work!

i am going to drive to sacramento next week to pay the $150 to get my license. next step is to get a job and apply to lvn/lpn-rn bridge schools!

i'm on cloud nine right now! yipppeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!:clpty::anpom::rckn::dancgrp:

thank the lord for helping me all throughout school, the hesi, and nclex!

i am officially a nurse! :nurse: (of course after i paid my $150 to the state! ;))

gl everyone . . . :yeah:

I also took my nclex pn in cali on dec 21. however i havent got mines yet, because i disclosed a traffic ticket. the boards told me that enforcement has my paper now. been getting the good pop up, but i dont know if i pass or fail, any ideas on how long do i need to wait if my result was sent to enforcement? congrats to all that passed! other people that took their exam on the 21st got their results already. hope mine comes soon.

:ancong!:*wine*wine

I am really passed!! :yeah::yeah::yeah:I got the notification from Broad this morning. They make sure my SSN. I believe that pop-up is 100% accurate. Please everyone who got pop-up don't worry about that. You will be passed as well as me. We are fortunate. :yelclap::yelclap::yelclap:

:tku: pvt!:bow::bow:

anyways, took my nclex-pn january 12, 2010 (california, first try), answered between 120-130 questions, found out about this "unofficial test checker pass/fail" before i took the test, poked around the net and talk to one of my classmate (she's the one who told me about this). There were 3 of them that tried this trick after 2 days from taking the test so far all 3 got their letter and it confirms the "trick". Heres for me hoping that it's the same case for me. After i took the test (3hours total) i felt mixed emotions so here i am 3 days after the i took the test and tried this, i did not get the cc page, i got the same popup saying i need to call boards (the good popup hehe) hoping i too passed it. Will update as soon as i get my letter... which is about.. oh, 3-4 weeks? lol the wait is killing me!
