Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.
Updated:
Members are discussing their experiences with the NCLEX exam, specifically focusing on the Pearsonvue Trick (PVT) to determine if they passed. Some are sharing their test dates, the "good pop-up" results they received, and the anxiety of waiting for official results. There is also confusion around account blocks, credit card charges, and the implications for exam outcomes.
Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??
Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?
STEP 1 This is a test. Go To NCLEX Examinations :: Pearson VUE.
STEP 2 Select The 'test Taker Services' Tab At The Top.
STEP 3 Click 'register' On The Right Side.
STEP 4 Click The 'credit Card' Link.
STEP 5 Click The 'sign In' Link In The Second Sentence.
STEP 6 Enter Your Username.
STEP 7 Enter Your Password.
STEP 8 Click The Button.
STEP 9 Click 'register' On The Left Side.
STEP 10 Select Your Test Type.
STEP 11 Click The Button.
STEP 12 Select Your Country.
STEP 13 Click The Button.
STEP 14 Answer The Yes/no Questions.
STEP 1 Select Your Country Again.
STEP 15 Select Your State.
STEP 16 Type In Your City.
STEP 17 Click The Button. A List Of Schools Should Appear.
STEP 18 Select Your School.
STEP 19 Select The Month And Year Of Your Graduation.
STEP 20 Select Your Board Of Nursing.
STEP 21 Click The Button.
Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
Hi everyone, I am new to this blog. I took my NCLEX-VN California on 1/14/2010. The computer shutdown after the question 85, I felt so horrible I wanted to cry:crying2:. I felt I was not able to prove my competency and was expecting to receive more questions. I left the test knowing I failed! I got home cried to my husband and family. My husband read about the way the test works and explained to me how it is different from every other test. 50% of the questions are meant for me to miss. It is not about how many I get right but the difficulty of the questions I took.
He found this blog and has read about the Pearson vue "trick" extensively. One person took the test 8 times (made me feel better even if I fail) and then learned about the trick after his 3rd test. When he tried the tricks 4-7 he reached the CC payment page meaning he failed. Weeks later confirmed the "trick" and indeed he failed. On the 8th try he tried the "trick" got the famous "pop-up" "...contact the Boards.." and weeks later it was confirmed he finally PASSED!
I still feel I failed the test because it shut off at 85 and it was very difficult. I had many SATA questions, lots of Prioritize with 4 patients, lots of meds that I did not know, 2 calculations. I did not know about this blog or the "trick" but my husband tried it and I got the famous "pop-up". I still feel I failed but the "trick" gives me a little bit of hope. My husband believes the trick 100% and believes I passed. The worst part is I have to wait a few weeks because I am in Cali. If I pass I will come back on this blog and tell everyone the "trick" really does work! Also I tried calling Pearson vue to schedule another test because I feel I failed and they said they are unable to schedule at this time and I need to contact the boards, basically the same thing it says on line. Oh I hope it's true!!
Anyone have a similar experience feeling they tanked it and actually passed?
I felt like I knew nothing and tried the "trick" I got the good pop up... there are hundreds of people on here that felt the same... If the pop up comes up then 99.9999999% you have passed... I tested on Thur and got the pop up and this am I checked quick results.. and passed... relax and you will see. Nobody feels like they pass when they are done. The tests are designed in a way that you feel like you know nothing.....
