Part 1 (the original thread)--

Pearsonvue "Trick". Is this TRUE? Does it Work Every Time?

Poll to take once you have received your response--

Pearson Vue Trick - Poll once you receive your results

Here are the exact steps to see if you passed or failed the NCLEX exam on the pearson vue web site:

1) go to http://www.vue.com/NCLEX.

2) select the 'test taker services' tab at the top.

3) click 'register' on the right side.

4) click the 'credit card' link.

5) click the 'sign in' link in the second sentence.

6) enter your username.

7) enter your password.

? click the button.

9) click 'register' on the left side.

10) select your test type.

11) click the button.

12) select your country.

13) click the button.

14) answer the yes/no questions.

15) select your country again.

16) select your state.

17) type in your city.

18) click the button. a list of schools should appear.

19) select your school.

20) select the month and year of your graduation.

21) select your board of nursing.

22) click the button.

Very important: at this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. a new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; It just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

hi eveyone..i just sit on my nclex 2day...this is the 3rd time i took this test..went to do the pvt trick...and it's showing a good pop up...is the trick 100% accurate?? i just cud not believe that i ended up at 75 it feels like i didn't know anything about the questions asked...my head is still hurting from the exam...i hope and pray that the pop-up will signal that i'm going to be an RN soon..

:ancong!: RN you passed!!! good popup = passed. PVT really works its 100% accurate. :yeah::yeah::nurse:

Is it just me, or does the original poll listing the two choices inaccurate of whether the PVT Trick is accurate or not? I would like to incorporate more specific choices to choose from, if possible. ;)

If you'd like to participate, please pick one of the following choices:

1. Get a PVT "Good pop-up" and pass?

2. Get a PVT "Good pop-up" and fail?

3. Get to the Credit Card page and pass?

4. Get to the Credit Card page and fail?

I took the nclex-rn 2days ago, I tried the pearson vue trick today and was so devastated when it asked for my credit card payment. Has anyone experienced the same thing but still passed when the mail arrived? My state is CA and I still have to waIt for about 3weeks.

I just feel so numb right now. Please enlighten me.

You can search in this site and look for the topic that bothers you.

The letter will confirm it. But they are saying that pearson veu tricks sometimes works and im sure u dont want to believe that. God bless

I am sorry, unfortunately you did not pass this time, keep studying and re-take it in 45 days! God bless.

Go to the board of registration website, if you pass it is usually up with 2 days of taking your test. I took my test on a Friday and I was able to see my license number on Tuesday @9 am. Good Luck

Worked for all the people I know that tried. Including the ones that failed the test.

It has worked for all of my friends that I graduated with and have taken the test....we all had the good pop up..1 had the pop up of the results on hold, but she did end up passing....and 1 that took it and didn't pass, the trick took her to the credit card page. Im sorry :crying2:

Hope the next time, it will be the good pop up.....me and the girls got the KAPLAN NCLEX review book...read it from beginning to end and did all the questions and cd. Some of us also took a review class as well.

Good Luck

what is the Pearson vue trick?

I can only speak for my case, my sister did the trick for me as I was too scared. And it did not asked for my credit card, 5 days later I got my license. I really hope you passed and if this is not your time you probably know what you should study for next time. So it's still a win-win for you. You're gonna be an amazing nurse! winning! :rckn:

What is this trick?? I have never heard of this.. I'm still in school, graduating soon, probably why I've never heard of it, but I keep seeing it on this site.. I was just curious as to what it is exactly..
