Here are the exact steps to see if you passed or failed the NCLEX exam on the pearson vue web site:

1) go to http://www.vue.com/NCLEX.

2) select the 'test taker services' tab at the top.

3) click 'register' on the right side.

4) click the 'credit card' link.

5) click the 'sign in' link in the second sentence.

6) enter your username.

7) enter your password.

? click the button.

9) click 'register' on the left side.

10) select your test type.

11) click the button.

12) select your country.

13) click the button.

14) answer the yes/no questions.

15) select your country again.

16) select your state.

17) type in your city.

18) click the button. a list of schools should appear.

19) select your school.

20) select the month and year of your graduation.

21) select your board of nursing.

22) click the button.

Very important: at this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. a new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; It just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

Congratulations to all who have passed! I just took it this morning and answered 75 questions. I cried in my car afterward. I didn't feel like I had passed. I just tried the PVT, and got the good pop up. Seeing everyones testimony on how the PVT was true for them, has calmed me a little, but I am still worried. I am in Florida and I have to wait 3-5 days. I tried to pay for the quick results online, but it doesn't give me the option. I am not sure if Florida participates or not. I have only been living in Florida for about 3-4 months. I will let you all know what my final results are.

you got the GOOD POP UP.... congrats you passed you can celebrate now... did my nclex RN:yeah on the 4th of march 2011, came home got the good pop up and the quick result revealed i passed yesterday..:nurse::yeah:

got the bad message straight to credit card page and I'm losing it. Does anyone know anyone that got it and it was wrong? I only read one post that one girl got the cc screen and passed.

Ok... I took NCLEX 8am on March 3rd. I still do not know my results. When I do the PVT it says " this candidate has results on hold" Called Pearsun Vue and they said I had to call the board of Nursing........ Has this happened to anyone else???????

Nclex on Friday with 75 Qs, PVT an hour later with the good pop up and the BON posted my license sometime in the night or early this morning. The trick worked for me.

The trick worked for me I tryed it yesterday at 6pm and name posted to the board this morning yay me i'm finally a nurse.

I took my exam last Friday (3/4) in California, and it shut down at 75 questions. Fifteen minutes after the exam, I did the Pearson Vue trick (I made sure that the "Delivery Successful" message was there), and I got a good pop up. Fast forward to today, and I saw my name on the CA BRN website with my license number. It worked for me Congratulations to all the successful examinees! It is a well-deserved achievement.

I took the NCLEX at 8am this morning. I did the PVT and got the pop up! Still I'm nervous. Has anyone failed after getting the pop up on PVT? I know this question has been asked 1000s of times, but I need reassurance. Thanks!
