There's a couple nurses that I work with that are consistently late to work. At my hospital we don't have to clock in or out there is a timekeeper. One nurse in particular is always at least 10 mins late or more. Last week, she was 20 mins late, she lives really close to the facility from what I understand so why is it that she can't get to work on time?
It's annoying especially working overnights in the morning we have a lot of traffic to get through on our way home. I have a family and other obligations and it's unprofessional for you to keep showing up to work late. I hate that some people take advantage of not having to clock in.
Do you all encounter this?
Should I bring it to managements attention?

Provide solid documentation, if you do. Then mgmt *should* handle it.
