Can I get a HOOYAH!
Share your vices and guilty pleasures.
For example: Every Sunday I order a Pizza and watch the Walking Dead.
(This post is in response to all of the "FIT" topics that I see)
Bacon, bacon, bacon, parma ham...all the nitrates.
Mature chedder, brie, blue cheese, shiraz, chocolate not the stuff I get here in Australia but stuff from home in Ireland galaxy, Marks and Spencer even the Cadbury stuff is different there.
Crap, there goes the 20kg I lost.
6 days out of 7 I am as good as gold but then I let it go for a day. My friends and I tend to meet around Lygon st in Melbourne little Italy, pasta, pastries, gelati yummmm.
I fell off the low carb diet last night.
My son and his girlfriend took Spidey, me, hubby, and mother-in-law out to one of those amazing REAL Italian restaurants where I ate pasta and good crusty bread with butter. Of course there was a good antipasto plate, salad, a bowl of steamed clams in wine and butter and garlic that was shared, and many other dishes. The meal took a good hour to serve. It was so good.
Back on the wagon again though . . .
I am officially starving now!!! All my favorite foods have been mentioned here and in a duh moment, I left my yummy lunch at home.
My guilty pleasure, driving home from work slow so I can enjoy the worst vice ever, one cig on the drive home. Then eat what ever is in the fridge while watching reality TV.
I'm hanging out with Emergent, edmia and Red Kryptonite and eating tons of bacon.
WINE. I will forgo food for wine. Wheat beer.
Any kind of potato. Cheese. Bread. Pizza from pizza parlors, not chains.
Dark chocolate. Ice cream.
Salty/sweet mix.
Basically, anything but tripe. Not a huge candy fan, either.
Brie with fresh pineapple on thin slices of baguette... Stick that under the broiler for a few minutes. Try it. :)
Reese's anything. Doesn't matter.
Lox and cream cheese bagels.
On the healthier side, I love using the Nutribullet for breakfast smoothies before work.
My television shows include Bizarre Foods and The Originals.

How did I forget pasta in my paean? My life does not happen without pasta. I too lost a good amount of weight a couple years ago, and friend asked if I was doing low carb or something like that. Uh, no. Separate me from pasta and bad things will happen. Cheese too. Give me a good sharp cheddar, some nice crispy saltines, and ice cold Pepsi and I am happy for an entire afternoon!
