Applied to 20 jobs between graduation of PN and current in RN program. 5 job offers. Cleveland clinic, psyche ward, DNA swabbing center, pediatric home health, hospital.

Turned down all but the home health and hospital (waiting for call).

Start home health 08/27.

Started doing health fairs in July, home infusions in August (accepted job in July, but didn't get clients until August), and starting at a SNF in September. Still applying for acute care stuff. One ED interview where I was passed up when a last minute internal candidate entered the pool (at least the manager was nice enough to call me and fill me in!). That one may present itself in time...

Recently started and lovin' it.

I graduated in May of 2013. Took me 9 months to find a job which was in a prison. I worked there for four months and now I'm working at a SNF. I kinda feel like I jumped from one hell to anther, lol. Hang in there. I know it's hard waiting for a job after working so hard in school but it will happen.
