I went straight into an RN to BSN program so I only applied to jobs in state. COUNTLESS jobs. I only had 1 nursing interview. I started looking out of state closer to graduation from the RN to BSN program. I ended up taking a job on the other coast and I am so glad I decided to be adventurous because I am pretty sure I would still be jobless in PA.

Started real job searching in October '13. Got 1 interview for an OR internship - didn't get it.

2nd Interview Jan 2014 for home care/independent living - began working Feb 2014.

I've applied to well over 100 hospital positions, not a single call back in 10 months. Beyond frustrated at this point.

Starting my BSN in late August. Maybe that will help.

All rejections even for a job at the hospital I externed at (worked hard and never even had a problem there)
