NBCSN test tomorrow!!

Okay girls and boys!

I'm taking the plunge and sitting for the NBCSN School Nurse Certification Exam tomorrow at 8 AM! 

Who has taken it this testing window, or in the past few years?? Curious if you felt prepared?  I SHOULD pass with no issue...but....gah!

I'm nervous but as ready as I'm ever going to be at this stage of the game. I joined the group on the NASN page (like 5 x LOL!!) and took the practice exams. Did lots of review, bought the review book, used study cards.

I'm going to tonight to the city where there is a testing center, will have dinner with a friend and only 15 minutes from the test site vs 45 drive into the city...Gotta use those Marriott points right?? I even booked a reservation for the hot tub tonight!!

Best of luck!  I took mine last Thursday and let's just say I felt very well prepared going in and then took it and found it a lot more difficult than expected.  Not trying to make you nervous, I am sure you will do great, but I was honestly really surprised at how difficult some of the questions were.

How so? Did the questions make sense, like had you seen the information in your studying?

Good luck!! I passed on the first try, even though the questions were not really what I expected.

Most frustrating is the LONG wait for results! Why does it take so long to get results on a standardized, computer administered test??

They have said  on the NASN website they have to wait until the whole testing block is done before they grade all of the tests. I don't know. Seems weird to me ?? Getting ready to go!.

I'm aiming to sign up for a late June or July test date next week! I haven't taken a test in 10 years, other than CPR & PEARS.... And my motorcycle license ?
