World Registration

Hi Shaneyney and strwbry_nars! :) Can I join you guys? I think we're on the same boat! Submitted my applications to AAON 3rd week of August and haven't heard anything from them yet. Have they e-mailed you any form of acknowledgement that they have received your documents? I'm for february intake too.. Well, I hope..:) And did you guys applied to other schools too? Can I ask what's your second option? TIA.. :)

Hello there! Like strwbry_nars, the confirmation I got that they've received my papers was that they emailed me to scan and submit a copy of my passport.

I have tried IHNA. They have an online application. I would probably look for other schools when I won't pass AAON`s interview. And hope it wouldn't be too late by then to apply for intakes for the first quarter of 2013; my eligibility's done by June so yea.

Let's keep each other posted! Kind regards.

hi, how much is the mrsa test? in case we had to repeat, so we can prepare in advance. Thanks.

30 plus dollars.

Do we need to complete the vaccines first before getting a letter of offer from the school?

if you are for IHNA no. they will give you the offer letter even if you have not submitted the immunization form.. once you get here, they will send you to a clinician who will look at your forms and results, if he is not satisfied then he may ask you to repeat some of the tests or vaccinations. and you have to do it or else you would not be cleared to do the clinicals.. but vaccines and tests are expensive here.. so better ensure that you have certified and complete documents already once you go here.

Anybody who's also for february 2013 intake at IHNA melbourne? I'm looking for classmates :)

Hi guys! I submitted my papers to AAON too. No feedback yet with regards to the status of my application. However they told me they have intake on February. I hope we hear something from them soon. :)

hey vitug.annie, I'm planning to apply in etea also since aaon is taking too long. I'm just wondering how long did it take you before you got a response from them? And as for the immunizations, do you have to finish everything before you receive a letter of offer? Hope you could enlighten me. Thanks.

hi CERIDWYN. can i ask soemthing about the 457? do the immi asks for a VALI, CURRENT IELTS result?>

do we really need to finish the bridgecourse before our eligibility expires?

Hi! Anybody here for Acfe january intake?

It is my understanding that it seems due to nursing registration requiring a higher level of IELTS -7 in one sitting, is still the requirement for 457 visa from this link.

It has been a problem in the past with o'seas students (not from exempt countries) from Australian universities in the past completing their nursing degree, being registered with AHPRA - due to loophole in the past not requireing IELTS as education in english, still not getting 457 visa as they did not have a 7 in IELTS.
