Hi I am Canadian citizen and licensed RN in Illinois, my all process for TN visa is done including visa screening certificate, all I am looking for hospitals who can provide me job letter for TN visa I applied at some of the hospitals initially they contact me and then upon asking for TN visa job letter they refuse .. can you provide me the list of hospitals who can provide me job letter for TN visa?

TN NAFTA PROFESSIONALS  website.  Under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) special economic and trade relationships for the United States, Canada and Mexico exist allowing one to stay in the US up to 3 years as non-immigrant.  Canadian citizens are generally eligible for admission as nonimmigrants without a visa -- process at above link;  just need to show a hiring letter at boarder.

Are you seeking employment in an Illinois facility?  Chicago area major teaching hospitals might be your best bet as most likely have experience with visa requirement for interns and residents.

Yes currently I am looking for job but they ask if I need sponsorship in future.. even if I say I need job offer letter for TN visa and they say they don't offer that I applied at few hospitals in Illinois

Hi. Initially, what I did was to email HR directly inquiring if they hire Canadian RNs and aware of TN1 Status. I was at least connected to a recruiter who said they did. Then they encouraged me to apply for a job position & get connected w the hiring manager. In my experience, they usually have Immigration Specialist & inhouse or contracted Lawyer to process such TN requirements.

No unfortunately. I have been only in ME/NH and didn't try to apply anywhere else. Try inquiring - Level 1 Trauma centers & teaching hospitals as suggested above.
