MRSA stands for Methycillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus - one of the harder to kill pathogens mostly found in hospitals. I guess they want to make sure that you don't bring one of those with you to Australia so they ask you to be screened here.

No, it is needed before your classes will start, before departure.

Hi there. Sent mine to AAON, and I still haven't received any feedback about my application. I tried ringing them today but the lady failed to provide definite answers, says she's not an admissions officer. I'm going to call the again tomorrow.

Yep have completed all immunizations before I sent them.

I was able to talk to the officer from IHNA and she said there's nothing to worry about since they are already in the process of renewal.
