Hey, everyone. I know it's pretty early, but I have had my eye on the Mayo Clinic Nurse Residency program in Arizona for a while. I will be graduating in December and plan on applying to their February 2022 cohort. I have seen other threads from previous cohorts that keep up with the process, information, and support each other along the way.
If you are interested in applying to this program, this thread is for you!
About me: I am from out of state, which is why I am pretty anxious to hear more information on the program. I would love to do critical care. I have not seen the residency program posted on the job board yet, so hopefully, we can keep each other updated.
Good luck to all of you!

I'm only able to complete 33% of my application.
The same goes for me. I checked my HTTP log on my browser and found a 500 Internal Server Error. I sent an email to make them aware of the issue.
Hello Everyone!
my name is Ema, and I just applied to the nurse residency program beginning this February 2022. I submitted my application this evening 9/28. I included my resume, and my transcripts! I was unsure if they would look at any other documents since I’m sure there will be a lot of applications to choose from so I did not include a cover letter hopefully that doesn’t ruin my chances, my resume has a ton of work and clinical experience as well as leadership positions I have been in so fingers crossed for all of us!!
I currently live locally in Scottsdale Arizona, and I graduate with my BSN this December 7th! I am so ready to be graduated.
Good luck to everyone, we should definitely keep in touch through here to update eachother on how the application process is going ?
I just applied even though I'm pretty sure I don't stand a chance, but what do I have to lose. Unfortunately, I don't have a ton of experience in healthcare and I haven't had much in-hospital clinical experience because most were done virtually. All I can do is keep my fingers crossed, good luck everyone.
Heyo guys ?
I attended Mayo's virtual career fair today and got some information.
I don't know if any of this info will change, but that is what I wrote in my notes ? They also mentioned how applying in Rochester is a good idea, and after getting the experience you can apply in Phoenix again. If not mistaken Rochester's residency starts every 2 weeks. Good luck to everyone!
