Hey, everyone. I know it's pretty early, but I have had my eye on the Mayo Clinic Nurse Residency program in Arizona for a while. I will be graduating in December and plan on applying to their February 2022 cohort. I have seen other threads from previous cohorts that keep up with the process, information, and support each other along the way.

About me: I am from out of state, which is why I am pretty anxious to hear more information on the program. I would love to do critical care. I have not seen the residency program posted on the job board yet, so hopefully, we can keep each other updated.
Hey everyone! I got my welcome email regarding my schedule through April as well as orientation and uniform information. Do we buy uniforms through Mayo or can we buy any brand? I know we have to do navy blue!

Has anyone had trouble getting in contact with their pre-boarding coordinator? I never got a reply from mine after sending my license number, and I haven't been able to get ahold of her on the phone the last couple of days. Did you guys receive an email when the background check was completed and cleared? I had someone contact me because they couldn't reach an old workplace. I sent my W2 and just want to make sure everything is in the clear since it is almost our start date.
Did anyone else get their welcome/schedule email? I haven’t gotten mine yet and it’s making me nervous. I had my HR/POPA appt on 01/31 so it’s been 2 weeks and I figured I would have received it by now; especially since we start on Monday.

I haven't received mine either and I did my POPA before your date ?. There's that welcoming thing on the 22nd so if I haven't received mine by then I'll just ask them in person.
I just got the email that said I’m cleared to work so hopefully I’ll get my schedule tomorrow. I didn’t know it can from someone from my unit, but it makes sense.

Since we will be meeting each other soon, it would be nice to put a face to our name and share our journey together, ask questions, give advice etc. Plus, it can be super intimidating on the first day walking into a room full of smart, competitive, and eager new grads ?
