Has anyone on here completed the LiveScan fingerprints in AZ? If so, how long did it take for them to process your fingerprints? Thanks in advance!

I was told they offer LiveScan if you are physically in AZ and that is much faster than submitting fingerprint cards. @EWKstudent_nurse did you use LiveScan and it still took 7 weeks?

I’m coming from out of state as well and I’m in the same boat you’re in with licensure!

Hi everyone! Congrats on the phone calls! I received a phone call from HR today as well and I am so excited! I am coming from out of state and I’m hoping those of you in AZ can shed some light on the License application process. I already submitted an application to the AZBON for Licensure by Exam, and sent off my fingerprints. I graduate next week so my school will send transcripts as soon as they are available. Does anyone have a checklist or flow sheet they could send me? Thank you and can’t wait to meet all of you!

@EWKstudent_nurse congrats on completing your interview! That’s awesome. Did they ask you which units you were interested in during your interview out of curiosity?

The same goes for me. I checked my HTTP log on my browser and found a 500 Internal Server Error. I sent an email to make them aware of the issue.

Has anyone tried submitting the application? I can’t get past a certain point.

@cpierce4 that's awesome! I'm also in an accelerated BSN program (in SD) and graduate in December. Are you going to apply for an AZ nursing license, or Ohio then apply for licensure by endorsement in AZ? Thanks @nocostudentnurse! Definitely planning on it.

Hi @cpierce4. Yes, the only required documents are your resume and transcripts. It sounds like we will be able to upload additional documents such as a cover letter; however, these are not required - but it's probably not a bad idea to include! ;) Will you be graduating soon or already graduated? Are you in state or out of state? I'm excited to be applying soon!

Hi @Andrew19922006 - being from out of state, did you apply right away for an AZ license? Or did you get your RN license in your home state then transfer your license? Thanks.
