kaplan RN review Qbank low scores

Update for my Q-Bank score: As of today, I have answered 70% of the Q-Bank questions, and my average Q-Bank score is 62%

you guys are doing pretty good on you qbank scores!!! hope i can improve mine..

Miley22, I also have the 5th edition Saunders Comprehensive Review book, but I only use that as a reference when I need to look up a question from Kaplan. I gave up on reading it because 1) it was too overwhelming to read it all and 2) I felt like I was reading information I already knew. I decided I needed to focus on learning how to apply the information and figuring out what the practice questions are really asking (which is pretty much always how to keep the patient safe).

update: 63% used 57% correct answer =( hope when i hit 100% at least get 60% score..

Update: finished 81% of my Q-Bank with 62% correct answers. My score still stays the same..has not improved yet

My nclex is next week already...I am so nervous....pray pray pray!!!

Miley ur score is good enough to pass! All you have to do now is still keep on answering questions and be positive. I heard alot of same scores as u consistent and score is the kaplan passing rate and pass the nclex you will be one of them! I will pray for u! Be confident : )

Thank you for you kind words melai12...I hope so too. Do you have time to watch the videos on demand and read the thick book that Kaplan gave you at all? I did everything else, except for those 2 things....that's why I am really nervous. I am wondering if anyone passed the NCLEX-RN by doing the TRAINERS and Q-BANK ONLY???

hey, which book do you recommend reviewing for content? saunders 5th ed or kaplan course book that you get with kaplan course?

Update: I have done 85% of the questions and my average Q-Bank score now is 62% still.

@ nneokill175: I haven't used the Kaplan course book yet (I have it on my book shelves)...because I don't have time to go over the videos (lesson on demand). I am using Saunders 5th edition along with Kaplan questions. I like Saunders book because it is easy to understand.

are you two reviewing from chapter 1?

im trying to do 4-5 chapters a day, hopefully get it done in 2 weeks, 3 top. then do heavy questions and take the exam
