Jealous Friends...

Have you guys experienced any jealousy or changes in your friends because you're now a nurse?

I'm in the pre nursing phase, and now 2 of my close friends (who dropped out first year of college) are going back because of me. I'm not sure weather to feel flattered or insulted.

Because your super old. Aren't you a 100?

I'll be way younger than you when I finish my degree :)

Yet, you are still not a nurse, not even in nursing school, and getting a C in one of the most important prereqs.

Thanks, I was looking for a nice way to say what a rude jerk! I have a Masters in another field, do not lord that over others here, because no one cares. My mom retired from nursing after 47 years. She only asked me "what are you thinking". She didn't offer assist or encourage, but let me know that she was thrilled

If you used any common sense (which you clearly have none of) You'd realize that being 10 does not get you into college. Or my life experience.

I am going to say this as nicely as possible, you would not survive in my hospital. Trust and believe that you will be needing the help of your coworkers and I don't think anyone will come to your rescue. No, you don't know everything and you never will. They must have ran out of humble pie when it was your turn.
