Things seem to be unfolding rather quickly. Former White House aides and advisors are scrambling to cover themselves as they receive subpoenas to appear and produce documents.

It’s rare when lawyers — as opposed to their clients — take the Fifth Amendment. But Jeffrey Clark, the former Justice Department lawyer who reportedly tried to help Donald Trump overturn the 2020 presidential election, is now claiming the privilege against self-incrimination to avoid testifying before the House committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol. He has just been joined in that posture by one of Trump’s main outside legal advisers, John Eastman.

The lawsuit comes after the committee signaled it would pursue a criminal contempt referral against Meadows because of his refusal to sit for a deposition in the investigation into the Capitol riot. Meadows alleges that the subpoenas are "overly broad and unduly burdensome," while claiming that the committee "lacks lawful authority to seek and to obtain" the information requested.
And apparently Mark Meadows had a power point outlining how to overturn election results.

The 38-page presentation, entitled "Election Fraud, Foreign Interference & Options for 6 Jan," is dated one day before the Capitol riot. It's believed to have been submitted by Meadows after he was subpoenaed by the panel in connection with the insurrection.

Indeed. She said: "There will come a day when Donald Trump is gone, but your dishonor will remain,"
I don't understand how people can ignore these dangerous facts. Well, maybe I can...

U.S. Magistrate Judge Richard Lloret initially granted Mr. Rehl bail at $50,000, and subsequently granted a stay to allow the government to appeal. I am unable to find a source but believe he subsequently denied Mr. Rehl’s bail.
Mr. Kelly, who will apparently preside over the case, revoked bail for Mr. Biggs and Mr. Nordean deny bail for Mr. Rehl and continues to deny their bail requests.
On a side note Liz Cheney is likely to sacrifice her job for her stance. I have to admire her for wanting to continue to what she feels is the right thing.

She will have her honor intact.

Not sure what that has to do with the post you quoted “January 6th was not simply a protest, it represented the greatest movement in the history of our country”.
But is there a link between Biden's policies and the worsening of the problems you listed (that BTW, are shared with the entire world)? There is an implication that his presence IS the cause of our shared problems which I require proof of. IMHO, we share historical similarities with countries of dictators who Trump emulated. I wonder what state we would be in if Jacinda Ardern or someone else with her talents had been our president. What would our country look like now. I think we would be bruised but not disintegrating.

Ask yourself why this dog and pony show was one-sided. This is all the Democrats have, they cannot run on real issues that matter. This goes to show you how disconnected Democrats are from the rest of the country while most Americans are struggling just to survive Biden's purposeful destruction of our way of life. No wonder the election had to be stolen, and that's exactly why those people were protesting on that day, because it wasn't just them, but millions of people in the US (call them "deplorables" like you all probably did years ago) felt the same and wanted to see something done about it because our "representatives" would rather talk about issues that don't actually matter. you all have heard of "taxation without representation"? we're at that point and people are fed up. but keep repeating the lies of the Pelosis, the Cheneys, the Clintons...you really think they have your best interests in mind?

there is a link because all Biden had to do was NOTHING after coming into power, but he didn't do that, did he? he literally on day 1 began undoing everything Trump had achieved.

I'm saying there is a reason the election was stolen, and millions of people felt that it was and wanted answers, so a few took it upon themselves to demonstrate where it matters, not simply burn down businesses, murder cops, and terrorist neighborhoods like BLM protests did all prior Summer. this is a controlled destruction of the country and you need to wake up to what's going on.

That's why folks like yourself may be hoping that he'll be reelected now that you've realized that he's not going to be magically reinstated. Trump is the only president to be impeached twice in 4 years.
2) while you are projecting about Pelosi the timeline for Trump's plans to undermine our peaceful transition of power is laid out for those who care to learn about the threat that remains. Pelosi didn't invite those radicalized people to the capitol, Trump did...surely you want some accountability for that.
Did you watch the hearing? What did you think about the information as presented?
Trump was also the only president who survived two impeachments without being convicted of anything. So...why exactly are we having these "hearings" if we already found Trump not guilty in the past?

the capitol police knew a threat was going to be present on Jan 6th, but bringing in more security needed the approval by Pelosi. capitol police were also at 50% staffing going into Jan 6th....why? and why did she refuse national guard troops that were approved by president Trump?
