January CEP applicants?

Hi fellow students! I am applying to the CEP program for the Summer 2016 start (NAU)- I know the deadline is coming up January 30... just wondering who else is applying/has applied, and how you're feeling? Excited to start? Nervous you won't get accepted (like ME!)? Just wanted to say "hi" and get connected! :yes:

So maricopa has to wait for the approvals of the university's so they can do their placement at the CCs. You will get an email from the community college that you get placed at.

For my placement this spring I applied last June and got the email from GCC when they placed us but didn't get placed by the system until October ish. Unless they have changed how they are doing things that's about what you guys experience.

So you think that my email means I'm good, just waiting to be placed now?

This is worse than a sunburn with poison ivy! The anticipation is dreadful to say the least. Keep us posted for sure.

Yup that's what I think. Some CCs send out emails sooner than others it's just a waiting game.

I know the wait is hard, I just went through it :) I couldn't tell you what's worse waiting for placement or waiting for class to start.

I wouldn't say dread more like, more anticipation to look forward too. Nursing school love to have you play the waiting game LOL.

Hi guys, I asked my advisor and she said the same thing as Mrs. Bookworm. So I'm not technically 'accepted' until I'm placed, but right now I'm just waiting to be placed and get the ball rolling with that. It's just a waiting for placement and then I'll start working with NAU.

Hello! I applied for the NAU CEP program through GCC at the end of January and have been dying waiting to hear if I made the cut or not. I thought we'd know for sure by today! Still haven't heard a peep, though. :nailbiting: Anyone have any updates???

I only applied to NAU. Good info though, thanks for sharing!
