It's August!! Who is going back soon??

I know it might be over a month for some, but its coming up soon for me!

I meet with the retiring nurse this coming wednesday to learn the ropes. Then staff starts inservice Aug. 17th and 18th. Our kids start school Aug. 19th!

My summer has really flown by!

Our first mandated work day was July 31st! Today is open house starting in just a few short minutes, students return on the 6th. Way to early to be doing this!! I need more sunshine!

We reported back yesterday. Kids come back 8/10. We just keep getting earlier and earlier. Maybe they are making that push for year round schooling. It's crazy

We report back in one week on the 11th. We got exactly 8 weeks off thanks to make-up snow days. Still not complaining since most people only get 2-3 weeks off an entire year! :)

I start Monday! So excited to be back with the high schoolers. Students don't start until the beginning of September so I should have some time to get situated.

Staff started back July 30th with in-service days. Students come back half day tomorrow 8/5. Then don't come back until Monday as a full day. Wha? lol I don't understand. Anywho, I'm just the nurse. :-)

I think they are doing the push for year round schools. Our district even came up with a sample year round schedule. Hmmm-makes you wonder!!

Been back since 8/3, but worked registration on 7/24 and 7/27. Kids come back 8/11.
