How can a hospital afford to fly management staff across the state on a regular basis but refuse to pay CNAs at the same rate as local ECFs?

Why do people insist on walking three abreast in the hallway so that those trying to go the opposite direction have to duck into doorways or hug the wall until they pass?

Elevator etiquette has always puzzled me.

Everyone crams into it, avoids eye contact, conversation is seemingly forbidden, you can't even breathe loud. It's so awkward lol.

I'm puzzled by Pentostatin. It's a chemo, but it's name makes it sound like it should be used for dyslilidemia. Riddle me that.

And Nystatin too.

Did you ever notice how entrants spatially take up space when entering the elevator?

One person on - new passenger enters and the 2 people then separate into opposite sides/halves of the elevator.

Two people on - new person enters and the 3 persons triangle out the space.

Three persons on - new person on and the 4 then 'square' the space.

So on & so on.

And re elevator etiquette - just hope & pray that riders haven't eaten anything garlicky or fishy.

Or GASSY!

Not to mention the folks who try to cram ONTO the elevator before the current occupants exit. It's like salmon swimming upstream, trying to escape from the elevator.

Another thing re elevator etiquette - the person closest to the new entrant usually DOES nod silently at another but that's it. Nothing more. When shufflling positions, a mover usually nods to the next nearest movee too.

Got it.
