Is there any things about your that puzzles or confuses you?
Your question sort of puzzles me
I think that you need to clarify your question if you want to receive any quality answers.
Generally speaking if something at work puzzles or confuses me I'll use the resources available to me to try to solve the problem I'm faced with. It can involve reading hospital policy, consulting coworkers or utilizing research databases for evidence based practice etc. If it's a patient's or coworker's behavior that puzzles me, then if I think it's important I'll talk to them (and with patients perform any necessary assessments) to try to figure out what's going on.
Nothing about my work duties puzzles me...Rather, it is the intangible aspects of the job that perplex me. Workplace politics, favoritism, invisible social boundaries, shift wars, and passive aggressive behaviors will never fail to puzzle me. I'll never fully comprehend human nature.
...and that's why I have NO expectations about the human condition...can be puzzled-albeit briefly, but not surprised anymore and what happens.
