If tomorrow you had to leave nursing what career would you got to?And do you think your prepared for it and do you think you would be happy doing it?
I am moving out of nursing as we know it.... and am involved in a virtual franchise. Marketing a whole food supplement and having a ball! To truly help people is awesome! No night shifts, no nursing shortage inflencing my decisions, no mandatory meetings, no union garbage! It is great! AND...in about 2 more years thats all I will be doing!

Ew. I worked in a library for 7 years before becoming a nurse. The people were nice, but I found being surrounded by books wasn't much fun when I couldn't read them because they weren't paying me to do that.
I would be a dog trainer.
I left 3 months ago to be a stay-at-home mom. Never been happier. I am studying nutrition in my "spare time" and someday might go for an advanced degree in that field. In the mean time, I'll keep my license active as long as I can to fall back on, but I have no desire to return to the stress while the kids are little.
