I think I failed Nclex in 75 questions

Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

I just took my Nclex rn and it was a monster of a test. Used Kaplan & Saunders to prepare but apparently I wasn't prepared enough. I'm super bummed now. Any repeat test takers have any advice?

You're right PacoUSA! It is a reality!!!!!!!! :D

congratulations!!!

but why do people exagerrate that they clearly knew NOTHING on the exam??? if that was true you wouldnt have passed. I doubt you would have come this far if you knew nothing on the NCLEX.

At the time it wasn't an exaggeration, I really felt as if I didnt know anything on the exam hence the title I THINK I FAILED THE NCLEX IN 75 QUESTIONS. Had I thought I passed this post would have never been made. The point of your post is what? Have a seat. Please & thank you.

I don't think its exaggeration. It's nervewracking and feels as the you're guessing at every question. I didn't feel sure I was answering with complete confidence. So to me I felt I didn't know my stuff, and failed. Most I've known felt the same way.

No need for your attitude, RN Dreams. Grow up, this isnt your personally fansite. You can cry all you want, but I still stick to my word. Bye.

Everyone feels the same way. In reality, the test is trying to find out at what point do you have a 50% chance of answering a question correctly. If your threshold for answering a question is quite high and is above passing point consistently then the machine will shut off and you passed.

i highly suggest the nurse project nclex by joan palmeri. i believe the class costs 175 dollars and she prepared me extremely well for the nclex!

It doesn't seem to me like RN dreams is the one that needs to grow up... congrats on PASSING which I hope you did!

Clearly you are a fan of mine Xaldin, you took the time out of YOUR day to comment on MY post. Carry on troll . Congrats to everyone else who passed the NCLEX this week!

Stay positive!!! I took Nclex RN Tuesday March 10th and found out last night I passed. I had 75 questions also and have done my fair share of crying and second guessing myself these past few days. The wait for quick results is awful but finding out you passed is the greatest feeling and makes all of the worry seem worth it. Good luck!!

Hey everyone! I passed! I'm shocked & so happy! I'm an RN now! Prayers to everyone who is getting ready to test! We can do this!

I guess I should have kept reading... AWESOME!!!! Congrats!!! :)

rainbow, thanks! I walked out of the test center in tears, SO sure I failed, but I passed. I think most people feel that way. You are so so right!
