I have a few former classmates who worked full time and failed.
People go over Niagra falls in a barrell and live. People drive drunk and make it home. That doesn't make it a good idea.
Congratulations on graduating. You would have thought nursing school taught you to provide good advice instead of advising students behind you to live on the edge.

I graduated last Thursday and I care! It feels so good, doesn't it?! It's like I can finally draw a deep breath for the first time in 5 years. And that's cool that you were able to work the entire time. Most of my classmates who tried to do both did not graduate on time, if at all. Enjoy your new freedom/have fun reviewing for the NCLEX!

Congrats. Looking forward to that day myself, but I have a couple of years to go. Got a date to take the test yet?

Congratulations to you! Your words are very encouraging...thanks for posting. I start my 1st semester in January, and cannot afford to quit my full-time job, hopefully I can make it like you!
"advising ppl to live on the edge"???? huh???? what are you talking about???? I'm encouraging people. I had to work in order to live, so I am just telling people it can be done. wow, so strange to get such a bitter response. Hopefully you will conquer whatever it is that is haunting you. Good luck!
