Something happened to me at Wednesday that i thought i would never hear.
I was told by my team leader that bouncing breasts are very inappropriate in the workplace.
There had been several complains on me for a long time (she claims).
And that i from now on, always had to use a bra.
Was she right to correct me like that, should i complain on her ?

I don't wear a bra either. I don't understand the other comments about you not wearing a bra. Maybe the boobs bouncing all over are offending other coworkers (probably offending other women I'll bet). Try the pasty stick on bras. Personally they make me uncomfortable and I can't breathe with them on.
I thought OR was the one place you shouldn't wear make-up...powder and such can come off your face and into the sterile field and such. Also, doesn't it just sweat/rub off wearing a mask and being gowned up under those lights? Just curious.
There is makeup that doesn't rub off-which I like to use just because I hate when you take your mask off and there is makeup residue on it. The temp in the OR is kept in the lower range so it's not that hot under the lights(unless you're menopausal..) Many OR nurses wear make-up. The bigger issue is hair poking out of the surgical caps.
When you are scrubbed, you have a mask on and eye protection. Both of these items are mandatory. So it's not like your face is shedding stuff into the wound. And if you're circulating, you're not standing right at the field.
All I want to add is the fact that going bra-less will lead to some very saggy breasts. They are made for a reason...to support. And being as large as you are, you definitely need support. Think about all that dead weight hanging from your chest.
I thought the reasoning behind a bra was to add one more layer for us to have to contend with. I know when I was 12 those little claspy things were the only thing slowing me down on more than 1 occasion.
I get your hatred for bra's! I rarely wear one myself if I am not going anywhere. I am a 36B when engorged, and only a 34A when not lactating so I am far from large, though. Its easier to not wear a bra now anyway since I am breastfeeding. I always did wear a bra for work just to keep the headlights under control and keep them from bouncing when I walked fast. If you can't take a regular bra, go with a loose sports bra or super tight tank top. The loose sports bra will keep them from bouncing around when you walk fast and keep the headlights under control. A super tight tank would give a little support if you can't handle a sports bra. I really understand the hatred of bra's, but you really should wear one at work. Who knows who is going to complain, ya know?
