What are some of the names you've heard pts. name their babies that you liked?

(I'll add my own later, i need to check on the spelling of two of them)

everyone i have ever met has liked my childrens' names: blake and alyssa. a lot of our family loves alyssa's middle name-blair.

I know a girl named Ultima....definitely fits her personality. I also like Danielle & Brittany.

Sounds like my Czech/Polish family:lol2: They're such pretty names. We have 3 Vaclavs. Whether they were named after the original king or after Havel I don't know. I always liked my babi's name, Katerina, but of course no one can pronounce the R correctly so she went by Katka.

I like unusual but not weird names because most people will not have them but they would also like the name.

my name is Brynn (Bren) Lauren-most people call me Bryan though:confused: I was named after a nurse on the soap opera General Hospital 20 years ago.

I also like arabic sounding names: my son name is Jahmir (jah-meer) Rashad (rah-shad) My dad says that he has a terrorist name and that he will be searched whenever he gets on a plane. I have a 1 month old niece named Al-Nisa (All-knee-sa) Makayla, it means something in the Koran.

If I have a daughter, I would love to name her Braylin (bray-lynn, don't steal it:nono: :rotfl: )

I guess I am biased, but I like my kids names: Cheyenna Rhein (rain) and Raven Octavia.

So I went with traditional names for my children, Christopher Blair, Stephen Robert, Daniel Norman and Sarah Kathrine, and my grandsons (3 different families) are Alden Louis, Dante Alexander and Finn Alastair. Go figure!
