(I'll add my own later, i need to check on the spelling of two of them)

i like my daughters names: molly elene (i-leen) and jocelyn gabrielle. my son i went kind of different roel (row-elle) his middle name is a family name secundino. molly and roel are in high and middle school and love the fact that no one has their names!

i will start with my three daughters names, thier middle names are all named after a grandmother.

kylie jane, madison elizabeth, and chloe ruth

other names that i love for girls are abigail (abby), madelyn, ava, cassidy, reece, and there are many more....but just a few.

boy names....tyler, cameron (for a boy or girl), man, its hard to think of boy names....i never really had to!!! i dunno....:p

I have good ones!!! My girls are named Angelique Judith and Jadelyn Amaris.... I think the names are beautiful and unique but not too out there and crazy like some of these new celebrity names we hear about!!!!

My children are Andrew James, Christopher David, and Chloe Elizabeth. All of them wound up having Greek first names with Hebrew middle names! I never caught that until we were looking at Chloe's name, and our boy name was Robert Thomas. Then I figured she'd be a girl to keep the pattern:lol2:

Here's my favorite names other than my children:

Boys: Alexander, Henry, Ethan, William

Girls: Olivia, Caitlin (why did everyone else have to love it!), Ciera (pronounced Kirra), Hannah, Charlotte

When naming my boys I kept coming up with writers' names that I loved: Dylan Thomas, William Blake, Henry James. It's amazing I didn't become an English teacher ;)

I like Moriah which means God will provide. There are a lot of different reasons I chose this name for my daughter. For one, because of the many events in the Bible that are connected with this name, and another reason is I didn't know any one else with the name Moriah at the time.

Hate to bump old threads but people always comment on awful names, it'd be cool to see some more good ones.

We're kind of stuck in picking names -- I'd love to name a son after my grandfather, but I won't stick a child with Marvin or Clarence. (Well, maybe Clarence as a middle name).

My man insists that he wants to name his first son after HIS grandfather, who was Harrison. I have always loved Donovan, so if we have a son he will be Donovan Harrison. It's a very strong name, I hope he doesn't get teased too badly.

For girls... I've always loved the name Audrina (found it in a VC Andrews book, it's not as much the character I like as the name, my mom can't get over the character and the theme of the book so she's not too fond of it.) My man likes Audrey, so we may go with Audra or Audrey. For a middle name, I really want to name a child after my sister, whose middle name is Renee. (It's a common thing in our family to pass on middle names). My sister is likely not going to have any children, they've been trying now for five years and she's getting close to 40 now so it's not that likely -- they don't want to do fertility treatment, but after this long it may be the only way. So a girl will likely be Audrina (or Audrey) Renee.

We have no idea what a second boy would be named, and as for a second girl name I really want to go with Christina Anne. My younger half-sister, who was given up for adoption, was named Tina Ann. So we'd be naming a second daughter for her.

We want two kids max, so we're trying to figure out two girls names and two boys names.

Any other names that you have come across that you really like? It's so easy to pick out names you can't stand, but the really good ones are hard to find.

Well I love Gabriel :):) b/c that is my handsome son's name! Love him! Other names I like are Nathaniel, Jeremiah, Elijah, and there are a couple of girls names that were unusual that I liked but I can't remember them now!

My late FIL's name was Francisco, which I like, but dh doesn't.

I love Aaron.

For a girl, I love Emma. That was dh's sister's name....she died when dh was 10yo and she was 5. Had our ds been a girl, Emma would have been her name.

A patient I had recently named her girl Demaris (rhymes with 'Paris'). Cute and unique, but not too far out there.

I'm partial to timeless names---the ones that don't "date" a person. For boys, I like Benjamin, Christopher, Ethan, and most Biblical names; for girls, my favorites include Melanie, Sarah, Elena, Eileen, and Katie.

I once took care of a 19-year-old primip who named her daughter "Meadowlark Sunshine". She herself was the daughter of people who were too young to be old hippies; none of 'em saw anything wrong with the name however. I kept my opinion to myself, of course..........but I can just imagine how bad that poor kid is going to hate that name in about ten more years!

In a moment of great stress, I dreamed about my daughter named Violet Isabelle - plan to use it if I am ever blessed with children. I also like the name Maya for a girl.

Boys names, I never really thought about.

My son's names: Nicholas Dwain, Christopher Kyle and William Joseph.

My daughter's name: Caitlin Von

Von came from (Let me make sure I can get this straight :chuckle) my step-uncle's ex-wife. I'm not sure that's how she spelled it, but once I heard it I knew that I had to use it one day.

My next daughter will be name Melissa Rhiannon. The Melissa will be in honor of a dear friend and Rhiannon is a goddess name.

I also like Shelby, Skyler, Regan for girls and Kerry, Lane, and Wade for boys.

My daughter is Caitlin. She hates it because there are so many other Caitlin/Kaitlyn/Caitlyn/Katelyn/ 's out there.

She changed her name to Kate. She is 18.

I swear I had never heard the name Caitlin before - I was reading a novel with a redheaded character named Caitlin. And loved it. But now I'm bothered by so many others plus the different ways to spell it.
