i just have to say - we just had our costume parade and one of my diabetic students dressed up as her pump. I love this kid so much! What a great attitude! She grabs life by the horns and isn't going to let diabetes or anything keep her down! What an inspiration!! I expect to see her running the free world in 30 or so years :)

No school here, it's Nevada Day! Well, tomorrow is, so today is off in observance.

Tomorrow when we go trick or treating I'll be wearing my lab coat, goggles on my head, and carrying a clipboard.

No where near a school nurse, just wanted to share in the fun!

Old New Grad here...when I get working I'll do something for Halloween--depends on where I land my first nursing job. In my past life I would wear a pin or other sort of jewelry at work, but I was an outside sales rep. :-)

We did have party after party today and kids all dressed up in great costumes.

I went as a nurse.

Lots of junk food with some healthy stuff interspersed in between.

My co-workers at one elementary school got me a large bouquet of flowers, a big cake that said "We'll miss you", and a very nice card.

A doctor that rounded at the hospital when I worked there used to 'dress up' as a doctor on Halloween. All other days he came in wearing shorts and some shirt that belonged on a cruise ship. The patients loved him.
