Hi everyone. I think it is best to keep this on our bb. As it may get lost on the off topic bb. things fly by so fast over there

So I had a cheat day yesterday. I am back on track again today. My cheat wasn't too serious but it still was. Sometimes it is just so hard. Anyways I have 10 pounds off so far. My goal weight is 150lbs. I try to exercise every day. I haven't done anything yet but today isn't over yet. How is everyone else doing?

Water is my big problem too! I drink waaayyyy too much Coke (BAAAADDDD:devil: )

anyhow, i have been progressively drinking more water and less coke and lost 2lbs without trying...

I meant to keep up with my new gym program but now i'm SICK :imbar but my heart is in the right place...

Good Morning Ladies!!!

Well, since it's almost September, DH pulled down the scale for me and guess what....I've lost 14 lbs.!!! :D Yeah!!! I'm not expecting as much of a loss for October but this was a pleasant surprize! I'm now 184 woo hoo! I still need to work on my exercizing though...I find it difficult to fit it in...well...no excuses! I'm going to work out today & tomorrow!

:confused: Dang, it's frustrating! I cut out almost all meat products from my diet (except fish) and am really eating more healthy food. But I must just be eating too much, because I am just NOT LOSING A POUND! I am still not below 220! I am really praying to be healthy and strong before I enter the program next fall. I think I'm eating way too many carbs. HELP!

OK, exercise...........well gosh, I've got great intentions........and when I am, I love it..........but..............:imbar Well ok I need help in that department! Just making time for it seems nearly impossible! Making meals, cleaning house, going to school, taking kids to/from school, helping out at their school, sleeping! I know I can do it, but I excuse myself to death.

Anywho, I am happy to hear so many of you are losing, keep it up! God bless :kiss , Heather

keep plugging away heather - i don't know if this will help, but since i am a carb junkie myself, i have been eating those low/no carb bars for snacks so at least then my snacks aren't full of carbs...they don't really taste all that great but if you need a snack it might be an option...i'm just a beginner myself so don't take it as gospel...

Has anybody tried Trim-Spa.... I keep hearing all these commercials for it.. I am so tempted to get it!

I just have to try to nip my sugar addtiction! I know it's the stress that triggering it.

I myself can not practice what I preach.... I have gained 8 lbs this month alone... I feel like I am spiraling out of control! I have never been this heavy in my life! To some 30lbs over might not be alot! BUt it's killing me.. it just makes me even more depressed! I almost want to start smoking again. I know that somes completely idiotic... but I just get so down...

When I'm not swalling a bag of M&M's while I'm studying, I am crying that I have to lose weight! I know I should just stop feeling sorry for myself and just get off my but and do something but I just can't get going either!

I'm just depressed and disgusted!

Hello, ladies! I was perusing your thread and wanted to add that I lost 15 lbs from last Christmas. I would suggest 6 small meals a day, NEVER skip breakfast, cut out soda (iced tea is a diuretic also). Also, weight training is terrific for permanent loss-I dropped 2 dress sizes. Yoga is good for stress too.

Presently 210;5' 5" was 215 about 2 months ago. Will work on getting the extras off slowly.

About 6 yrs ago I lost 28-32 lbs. by jogging, walking, dancercing, minimized my meals, and drank black coffee in the a.m.

I really felt like a spring chicken then, but when my friends saw me at first, they sure did n't like my lmy new look, but I was doing it for me. Felt like I could have done anything. Loosing wt. gives you such a good stir......There is a thread mill at home so I will utilize it. So it is not u guys alone.

Would anyone mind if a guy (me) joined the club?

I need to lose 20 and can't do it alone.
