Hi all!
I am wondering for all the nurses have you sacrificed smelling good for the health of your patients? I am wanting to wear my "Smell Good" But don't want to seem like it will choke my patients. Is a little okay or non at all?
Thank you!!
Other than wearing deodorant, I spray on a tiny bit of Axe body spray after I hop out of the shower.
I work in the ED with an average of encountering 10-20 pt's per shift and have never had a complaint from a pt or family, only compliments. With that being said I think I'll stick to just wearing deodorant from now on.
Any workplace for a nurse.. is not a place to try to " smell good".You could drown yourself in Shalimar.. and still come out smelling like C. Diff. Many patients are sensitive to odors. Nauseated and asthma patients will suffer from your perfume.
Save your fragrance , for someone that can appreciate it.
I loveeeeee shalimar... omg. Omg. Omg.

I love the smell of D&G Light Blue, even though it is very light, even the slightest whiff of it give me a migraine.
